Very nice job! They both were very pleasant & patient & especially when trying to figure out where things went. Nothing so far was found to be broken. However, I have not opened the boxes yet. Suggestion: They do need to bring water with them because we didn’t have any & had to run out & get them some water because they needed it. It’s hard work!

They arrived late. More people than hired arrived for job and charged me without a discussion for the extra people. They did work hard but service could have been better if communication was better.

They arrived within a half hour of the scheduled time. They did not anticipate a 5 hour job. One worker was not a hard worker. He had to be reminded to help his partner with heavy items and appeared to want to stretch the job to the full 5 hours. I packed all the items so I didn't see them mishandling any items. I would use them again but I would be more directive in their loading process.

They were on time, which I was very thankful. I would recommend them to others that need moving services. The only thing I would suggest is that when the information is entered on line, contents etc. The company should have access to viewing the inventory, thereby verifying the exact number of workers that would be needed. We requested 2 workers online. Once they looked at the inventory, determined that we actually needed 3 workers. Additional monies from what we originally thought. Other than that, they finished as expected.

They arrived on time, did a phenomenal job of packing the truck, and completed the job in a timely manner. This is a good company for a local move.

We moved from out of state. We hired a different company in the other state to load our truck. We hired Hall’s to unload. The first company was superior by comparison. The first crew were professional movers, knew exactly what to do and executed the job quickly while explaining what they were doing throughout the entire process. They did everything. We were more than impressed. The second crew were more like inexperienced hired hands. The did arrive 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled time which kind of caught us off guard but wasn’t a big deal. They brought one hand truck and one furniture mover but rarely utilized them, preferring to lift one box at a time instead of stacking two or more on the hand truck. I would say they worked hard but not efficiently. They were polite and respectful but did require frequent direction. My husband had to help a lot. It took 3 hours to unload the truck. We did give them a tip because it was a lot of work. I am thankful for the work they did but am not sure I would hire them again.

Great job moving our furniture out for a renovation project in our home. They had to move lots of heavy furniture upstairs and to the outside garage. Will book them again to move back in. They were on time and ready to work.

This crew was awesome. Had everything under control. The movers I hired first backed out at the very last minute. Agape Moving and Cleaning was called and came to our rescue. They were there and ready to go in just an hour or so. They really saved our move. They were very knowledgeable and knows how a move should go. Could definitely tell they care about your property. Thanks Agape for the very good help.

I am so grateful for Gloria and her team. They not only arrived on time, they were about 15 minutes early and got right to work. The team was extremely professional, didn't stop until the job was done 6 hours later. I highly recommend them, and I will have no problem using them again should the need arise. There is no way I could have done this moving job without their help. Excellent, excellent team.

They were awesome!! Punctual, hard-working, got the job done and made everything fit (which we didn't think would be possible!). I would definitely recommend them!
