Their service was okay & I say ok because they were young and didn’t move with a sense of of urgency. I could have gotten a lot more done had they understood the concept of making every min count. You don’t have time for phones or just standing waiting & not have a plan four or five steps out so you don’t sit & waste time, I had to do a lot myself or I would not have gotten as much done as I did. I tipped because my grandma taught us to do so, she said it either paid for an exceptional job or it may motivate them to do better next time. But I always wanted to tell her no it just motivated them to keep working the same. Anyway they were pleasant & mannerable so that’s a plus in today’s world. I now have so much to do on my own. Could have paid boys n the hood less & got more done, but they wouldn’t have been insured is all. Oh well you live & learn & hopefully they will also. Thanks, Sincerely Sad ??

We haven’t moved in over 40 years and were scared about would the pods hold all our things and would our packers/loaders take care of our things. Having completed the move, I am totally pleased with the level of professionalism shown by Chris and his crew. Even the unpacking crew in a different city commented on what a great job they did. Our very fragile long stem crystal all arrived in perfect condition. No crushed boxes. Everything in place. The only thing we noticed was a scratch on one piece of furniture where the packing blanket had shifted. We would definitely use Top Movers again and highly recommend them.

The movers worked hard, carried everything efficiently, and kept a fast pace, which I really appreciated. However, the way the truck was loaded wasn’t done properly. Although there should have been enough space for all of my belongings, the stacking and organization made it appear full too early. Because of this, I ended up throwing away or giving away items that actually could have fit. Overall, the crew’s effort and speed were good, but I was disappointed in how the truck was packed.

The two gentlemen showed up right on time at 2 o’clock and I was grateful for that. And I told him I gotta get the truck back to Penske by 3:30. We didn’t quite make that they worked. It took them till about 3:30 to empty the truck. But they did an excellent job. They did it quickly and I was grateful they were very nice young men and I wouldn’t mind hiring them again.

Pretty much the only good thing about moving was meeting Ms. Tracy and her crew! Incredibly professional and efficient! I threw them a huge curved ball, with a ton of small and heavy boxes and they took care of that like was nothing and finished the job right at the amount of time quoted! I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely calling them again! Thank you!!!
