the head guy was very friendly and helpful. I gave him and his helper a big tip. There were 2 big problems and 1 little problem in hindsight. I loaded the POD. As the POD was being unloaded i watched the first half and then had to go inside to receive. I asked them to put all the blankets and bungee cords beside my car. One time i asked him for the blanket he was carrying away and he told me it was his. After they left, all my nice moving blankets were gone and all my nice heavy duty bungee cords were gone. He left me 2 old blankets and I had alot of furniture strapped inside with about 10 more heavy duty rubber cords that were all gone. i do not appreciate being stolen from. They knew exactly what they were doing. There was no mistake. I called him and asked him to return them but no answer. Very disheartening to trust his friendly demeanor, treat them kindly, and be stolen from. After the tip, he pulled a wood piece out of his pocket and said he found it in the POD and didn't know where it came from & thought i might want it. It is, of course, something broken off of one of pieces of furniture. So frustrating and disappointing.
