The movers were on time, friendly, and efficient. One piece of furniture had to be disassembled to fit through the door, and they figured it out quickly and reassembled it perfectly once it was inside. They handled everything with care and made the moving process much easier.

The mover did a great job. I think his name was Michael. He made sure the truck was packed super well and it was the first time that I have ever moved that I didn't break anything. His partner didn't show up and he was able to make a call and one of his colleagues showed up promptly to help finish the job. Super thankful for his professionalism and attention to detail. Would recommend this service to anyone moving in NYC.

You carefully moved all of our bedroom furniture upstairs, relocated heavy furniture throughout our home, removed two extremely heavy pieces to the curb, and even maneuvered a very heavy upright freezer down the stairs and safely out to the back of our house beneath the porch. We had just had our hardwood floors beautifully refinished, and we were understandably concerned about protecting them. The helpers were pleasant and flexible. They got the job done timely, the POD was headed for several different places and I asked them to pack in order of where it was going instead of the most efficient order they initially were planning to do. They’re definitely made my part of the job extremely easy.
