The movers did a good job and handled getting a lot of furniture up a 3rd story walk up with a relatively narrow staircase/halls. I wasn’t sure our couch would make it, but it did! They could’ve been a little bit gentler with our things, but it was quite a few items and late in the day so I understand. The 4 stars is because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the actual company — I tried calling, emailing. I wanted to update the movers that we were 30 min behind several hours in advance, but I could not reach management. It would be helpful to receive better contact information.
