The movers arrived about two hours later than the scheduled window, which immediately put us behind and shortened an already tight timeline. Once they arrived, the actual moving work was acceptable, but it’s important to note that most of our items were already pre-staged, which likely made the job smoother and faster than it otherwise would have been. A major issue was that the crew did not arrive with their own tools. I was told ahead of time that they would disassemble bed frames and disconnect appliances like the washer and dryer, but I ended up having to do much of that myself and also lend them basic tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches. This further ate into the limited time we had, especially after the late arrival. Overall, the job got done, but the lack of punctuality and preparation made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. With better time management and proper equipment, this could have been a much smoother move.

They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Unloaded my large POD in under 2 hours. Only two issues: 1 - One mover showed a few minutes late. 2 - They did not have a utility dolly to move Freezer & Washer/Dryer. It all got moved with no issues luckily. Good guys but a little room for improvement.

I was told the movers were arriving, and then that they were walking around the building. Well, it is a Senior apartment complex, and every entrance is locked around the block, except for the main entrance, so that wasted almost half an hour. The guys worked hard, but I saw one running out and driving off, "for a drink," it didn't inspire confidence and I told them so. Two lamps were broken when we got to unpacking. That is disappointing because everything else was shrink-wrapped within an inch of it's life. The shrink wrap costs extra by the way.

Pratt Van Lines did an excellent job wrapping my bigger items, and packing my moving POD. Tim Pratt and his helper went above and beyond answering my questions, treating my possessions with care, and accomplishing an amazing "game of tetris" that was fun to watch as it happened. Very, very pleased and relieved that it went so smoothly!

Voyage movers were excellent! Arrived a few minutes early and finished right on time. Professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!

On time, great workers, great attitude

Nathan and Adam did a great job: they were on time, polite and friendly, worked hard steadily to move the contents of our 3-bedroom house into two 16' PODS containers. When they arrived they thought they would be unloading containers, not loading them, but they pivoted without any problem. We have mold concerns so even though the containers looked clean, we asked them to wrap all of the furniture and loose items that we couldn't put in boxes (we had done all the packing), and they did that carefully and thoroughly, and still finished the job within the original time estimate. Nothing was damaged during the 1800 mile move, and my before-after pics showed that nothing shifted in the containers during transit, which is a sign that they knew how to pack and secure the load. A very professional job at the price I was quoted. I would definitely use Quality Movers again.

These guys did amazing work! I don’t know how they managed to get everything to fit in my pod, but they did. I supplied moving blankets and plastic wrap, they wrapped everything to perfection. They were on time, professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!!

Great work by the team

Great job Tim Pratt team. I admired the fact that Tim previewed our homes move prior to the loading date, which paid off immensely. The Ai labor quote was short by 5 hours labor. Tim's team came on 2 days instead of 1, to make sure the loading job got done correctly. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company.
