The crew arrived late. In most cases they did acceptable job, but after about 2 hours into the job, when they were moving an elliptical from the basement, they damaged the walls and the ceiling and broke an art piece. Claim was made and waiting on results. After that I wanted them to leave even though there was more time left. I would have given a higher rating but for this issue. I hope the claim is honored and damaged walls and the ceiling can be repaired and painted and replace the broken frame for the art piece.
