The guys that loaded my pod in Florida on March 36, Oxford, Forida epic failure, when they took apart my power base bed they were suppose to place parts in a bag attached to frame, I asked and they reassured me they would, they didn't. The guys in Mass, Steve, Henry and the other gentleman that unloaded my pod worked hard! They couldn't find the bag of parts, after they left I found them in a tissue box in small trash barrel, one clip and bolt was missing. I had to get help. Watch videos to put it together. It's not 100% but doable for now. I have to order those parts, not happy with Florida guys. Guys in Mass, professional, personable, hard workers!

Great experience !! Employees were very helpful and worked with great pace. I would have like to keep workers longer but one had to leave due to a scheduled commitment. I was told I could keep employees for two additional hours if needed yet it was not possible. It’s hard to know prior to a move how much time will be needed so having employees that have a more open schedule would be appreciated. Regards, Ms. Jordan

Moving is a hectic time for the customer. While these guys did the job with time to spare, it would have been helpful had they thought to themselves "Now that we've moved everything off the truck and inside the home, what else can we do to help the customer". Or they could have offered to help given the extra time. Since I missed the opportunity to think of it myself with so many other things on my mind, I would have welcomed the offer to do things like rearrange furniture, build a bed, or reinstall sofa footings. That's some feedback that would make this good team great.

These guys are my angels!! They were here for me in an emergency situation when I had no where else to turn to. Wonderful people! Very kind and thoughtful, worked quickly and didn’t play around. They were professional and respectful. I will definitely recommend them, they aren’t a 10 they are a 100+

Moving by Professionals did an amazing job unloading our 16ft POD. Our POD did not arrive on our scheduled time so we had to reschedule our move. Michael was so accommodating and agreed to help unload on a Sunday. He and Chelsea showed up on time and both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting the job done. If you are moving and need help loading or unloading, give them a call. They were worth every penny.

I suspected that I'd get good service from the get-go because they actually answered the phone when I called. Who answers the phone anymore? It was nice to speak to a person and not a machine. Shannon was very helpful with answering my questions and providing advice on the move since I hadn't done anything like this before. Finally, the two movers were great, and I'm very satisfied.

Mario & George were amazing to work with, they fit my entire 2 bedroom apartment in half my 16ft pod with amazing precision!

My movers were able to start earlier and were extremely efficient with not only moving my stuff down two flights of stairs, but also packing my pod! They were super kind, extremely helpful and overall just really great people. They really worked hard to get some of my more heavy items. And they were very careful with all my stuff, especially with someone who has a lot of glass breakable items. I would 100% use them again. They were just the best Moving experience I could have after a really difficult one the time prior!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our movers. Showed up early and immediately went to work. They made this the most painless process I’ve ever experienced. Murry and Cody ARE ABSOLUTE ANGELS. 26ft Uhaul stacked full completely unloaded in 3 hours. They didn’t complain not once when we had them move things upstairs and downstairs. I cannot thank them enough. I wish I could give both Murry and Cody a million stars. For anyone looking for movers, helpers, loading, unloading they are your guys.

Zooming Moving are outstanding movers!! We just had these wonderful movers take care of our furniture this weekend and they did an excellent job. We were really concerned at first because our furniture is rather large and heavier, and we were concerned about how many Pods that we would need. As it turned out when they arrived before we could even turn around they were already very seamlessly working together and taking furniture out of our house with ease and without any concerns or issues. We were told that the Pods don’t hold as much as we thought, but this was not true because of our impression that ZoomMoving. packed that pod so well that we ended up removing much more from our home that we were able to do in that three hour timeframe then we could ever have expected. They also were able to have a great deal more furniture in the pod than we were told could be possible. In my opinion, there were three plus rooms of furniture in one pod. They were very open to our request on the day of the job that we wanted some additional furniture removed and in my opinion, everything was heavy. Wonderful team and we would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.(and we’ll be asking for them when we purchased our home to move the furniture into our new home!!) Very kind group of gentlemen. Wonderful experience for my husband and family!

Friendly, professional, detail oriented are how I'd describe Bryce and Demarcus. Came fully prepared. They had good suggestions regarding placement of boxes and turned them so labeling visible. Clear communications throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again!
