My original moving company did not show up on the day that they were scheduled and so big boys was contacted and they sent three young gentlemen out within about two hours to unload our pods storage unit. So, here is the catch - they have a 2 hour min. on ea. end. We went over by less than 1 hour and had to pay an extra fee. On the other end it took less than 1 hour and had to pay for the full 2 hours. Doesn't make sense? Should have been a wash. This is the problem by using a Broker that does nothing that is a go between between the actual movers. You are better off arranging your own labor on both ends. and save a lot of money.
