Showed up on-time, friendly and polite, and worked hard through the rain to get everything loaded up. Handled items with care and were careful when handling items labeled "fragile". Packed the trailer ok, they started really well and organized and then kind of ended up tossing stuff in at the end. Had to re-organize and move things around so stuff didn't fall everywhere. Only reason for 4/5 stars is some damage done to one of my walls (deep indent of what looks like a piece of furniture hitting the wall), of which I will need to pay my landlord for. Stuff happens I get it, so no worries to the two guys. They were great and I very much appreciate their time/effort... but unfortunately, I will have to deal with the damage.
