On time and ready to work, the team was diligent, strategic, careful, efficient, productive, caring, and went above and beyond with fitting everything we hoped to bring with us! They were so good- We are using them again in couple of weeks! We have moved 16 times in 20 years, this was number 17; we have had the best and less than desirable moving experiences. This was one of the best. I look forward to their expertise and effort in a couple weeks.

Aman and Demi’s were awesome! They strategically packed up my small Pod and they were very organized, friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving my house for them to pack up while I ran some errands.

Mar & Sam were amazing young men, they did a great job and stayed within our two our limit. I would highly recommend them! I was however very disappointed as my total invoice was incorrect, I was charged $25 for a set up tool fee, Mar & Sam did not have tools and did not set up our beds. They needed to leave after two hours for another job and could not stay, and we totally understood, but I could not reach anyone in your customer service dept and have left two messages regarding the $25 fee that I am disputing. Please credit me back. Thank you

They were amazing!!

The best crew ever!! They are absolutely outstanding and very impressive!! The PODS door was stuck closed and they got it to open-what a relief! My Sleep Number Bed wouldn’t go downstairs to the basement from the front door-they went thru the outside gate to get it to the downstairs bedroom with no stress…fantastic (that bed frame is very heavy)! Thank-You very much for your help, I truly appreciate you!!!

Ariel and Nate did a great job. Moved a whole room from upstairs to downstairs and got my keyboard piano too.i highly recommend them.

Ariel and Armondo are awesome! These two young men were extremely polite, worked extremely hard, and really knew what they were doing. They packed loose items and took apart our bed. Best of all, they put the bed back together in its new room. What nice guys too! I would absolutely use them again.

The 3 young men who helped us move did an excellent job. They had great customer service were timely and very careful with our property. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing to move.

They were on time and worked hard. They were respectful of our property and I would use them again. We did have a unique issue with getting large heavy furniture lowered from a second floor balcony using a material lift. They were not experienced with doing this type of a task and the move was delayed as they determined whether they were willing to take the liability risk. They were not, so I had to scramble to get enough friends over to do the lowering of the furniture. This could have been catastrophic and could have been avoided had they sent someone to understand the requirement in advance. Unique requirements need to be well communicated so they totally understand what is involved. Ultimately all worked out, although considerable stress was introduced.
