The movers, Mike and Tony, worked very hard and were very conscientious. They arrived early, and had a wonderful attitude throughout the long, hot day. I would definitely use them again.

Rory and Alder did an excellent job. They showed up just before start time, finished within the estimate, and were diligent workers the whole time they were working. All of my items were properly cared for, and wrapped appropriately.They moved my 1br apartment into a studio in one trip using the ten foot truck. If you have a bunch of stuff, I'd recommend going one size higher. Based on their service, I highly recommend kangaroo movers, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again - I got my money's worth.

James and crew were so helpful and flexible. They really cared about doing a careful job with all of my furniture and kept it in great condition. They are pros, and they were able to roll with changes that happened to the schedule on moving day beyond my control. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. James and Danielle were very helpful doing a video walk-through beforehand to plan the move. Thanks to all!

They arrived early, listened to what I needed and did the work very quickly. There was minor damage to an item but they were upfront about it, took their own pictures and reported it to central. I was impressed with the responsibility they showed. I’d hire Garett and Jonathan again.

Jackson and [so sorry - can't remember partner's name] were a stellar team. Right on time for loading and they hit the ground running. The whole 3 hours I didn't think they would be able to finish in time but their fast and efficient system plus knowledge and experience proved me wrong. They Tetris-ed everything into a 20' truck so brilliantly that nothing moved an inch for the whole 200-mile trip. Super helpful and friendly -- don't hesitate to hire these guys. SIX stars!

Very smooth move-in. My appointment time got pushed back a little bit but they were very communicative about it and otherwise no issues came up. At the end of it everything was in my apartment where I wanted it, and I didn't have to lift a finger.

Movers were couple of hours early and started moving boxes right away. They did a good job moving everything for a couple of hours. Towards the end of 2nd hour, one of the guys said they're not going to wait around and move more things if we're packing them right now as they had to leave for another move, which was absurd because I'd booked their services for 4 hours. They left after 2 hours without moving any more items and made me pay for 4 hours.

Their work looked good, and I was really thankful for their job and how they fit everything in the moving truck. From that perspective, their work was a five-star but even asked; they said that they don't need additional moving pads, etc. Unfortunately, this was not true, and therefore almost VERY furniture piece has scratches and ditches because other things were put on top, put on the track without pads for protection, etc., which with a cross country move (3000 miles) left many damages. With a short distance move, it would have been great, but long-distance was not as good as we hoped.

They came out on short notice and unloaded quickly. Much appreciated!

The person was respectful and on time but lack of bias for action. We took 3h to do half of the job that I was expecting. Previously, other helpers did much more in much less time.
