Mike was on time and more than ready to work. Mike, along with his helper Larry, worked with efficiency and purpose as they loaded our uhaul from front to back. Very careful wrapping and loading our belongings on the truck as well. They sincerely give you the service you pay for. Thank you Mike, and Larry. You guys are the best. The team was 45 minutes late to the job. After several back and forth calls and me texting him the location twice they finally arrived. The team lead claimed he had the wrong address, but when I checked the paperwork he presented me to sign at the end of the job the address was correct. He also tried to get me to sign the paperwork saying the job started at 9am when in fact they didn't arrive until 9:45am. I scratched out the time he wrote and inserted the correct time. At the end of the job the team lead asked me if I was going to give them a gratuity, which I found quite unprofessional. The crew of two did ok and nothing was damaged. But, given the initial lateness and trying to get me to sign for an incorrect time on the paperwork, I would not use this company again.

Kedric and his one man crew were absolutely wonderful. We recently moved from Tacoma, WA to Medford, OR. Prior to the move Kedric stayed in constant contact with us assuring us that he would be there on the time and date requested. He arrived on time and after assessing the move they quickly went to work. He is remarkable at packing and making use of all available space. I did not see them take one break in 9 hrs. I tend to worry about everything, and he kept telling me “Don’t worry. We’ve got this”. He was right. He was able to put 1600 +sq ft of furniture into a 26’ trailer. I ended using about 22’ of the trailer. The packing was remarkable. When we arrived in Medford we found that nothing in the trailer had shifted by any significant measure. That is very unusual in any kind of moving. All in all we had one broken plate in a box that we packed Thank you Kedric. I would certainly hire you again, and recommend to anyone considering moving to hire this company.

Roosevelt and Steven were awesome! They came when they said they would and even accommodated us by coming early. They were careful and efficient and wonderful to work with. We so appreciate them and thank you hire a helper for having men like that on your staff, we will use you again. In fact, my mother has a pod coming and we will be calling.

They made our crazy odd shaped items fit great and were extremely professional.

We needed experts to load a 20-foot shipping container for us for a move to New Zealand. Michael and Larry were the perfect choice. The container was loaded quickly, yet with great care to ensure the contents don't shift on the journey. Michael had great advice for preparing for the move. Both of them were friendly and kind.

The team did a great job unloading a 26' truck in two hours. Also neatly packed the storage unit and made the most of the space available.

Angela & Steven were awesome, would highly recommend them. They were fast, careful, and courteous. Unloaded our 26 ft truck in 2 hours!

The crew was amazing! They were so helpful and quick. They walked in, got right to work, and were right on it with loading and packing. They had to walk down to the street for my POD and they handled it like pros. Very nice and friendly, would recommend to get the job done ??

The two lovely guys who helped us yesterday could not have been more accommodating. They were on time, completely prepared and worked together so well. They showed respect for us, and understood exactly what we wanted them to do. I hope they are the same men who come back to do our final load, and also to help unload. They were awesome. Jamal and the other guy whose name I have forgotten, were perfect gentlemen. If I could give them six stars out of five, I would.

Ariel was such a nice and hard working mover we had a pleasure of working with! He was super efficient, strong, with such positive attitude and so very pleasant to work with. He and my husband unloaded our Uhaul up to our third floor apt in an hour on a hot day! We couldn’t have done it without him and couldn’t have asked for a better mover! He was worth every penny we spent and more! The only thing about the company I might mention is that we never received an initial confirmation phone call we were informed we would receive after booking. We received a message saying someone will be in touch shortly but that never happened which made us little nervous if everything was arranged correctly since we were moving out of state. Despite this, everything worked out great and our mover came when we expected him! The day of moving, we did get texts informing us of when to expect the mover and different notifications, which was super helpful and we experience a great communication. Highly recommend the company and esp our mover Ariel!

Mike and Larry did an excellent job (on Christmas Eve, no less). They were well prepared, friendly, helpful, and efficient. They took great care of my items to be moved and they even went above and beyond by sweeping out my garage when they finished loading the truck. Then they did a superb job unloading and organizing the items in the new location. I will definitely use them in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them!

They were actually early and only took 30 minutes to do a job I figured would take two hours to do. They were pleasant and considerate and were humorous while they were working, I appreciated them greatly and would definitely use them again.

Great work! Fast and efficient and made moving so much easier. They were very realistic with what we could fit into one trip and were very kind waiting for me to get the storage unit open. I would recommend them again! Next time we move we will definitely call yall again, (which will be soon)

We ordered two movers for two hours and they were seriously awesome! Both of them were so friendly and worked very hard the entire time. They also finished before the deadline and were extremely careful with all our furniture. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future!
