I was a little disappointed that they did not have any dollies, straps to hold furniture to the dolly, and they were unable to move a few items because of glass in the entertainment center doors and weight. Information may have been lost when I made the request but there was a 400 lb. safe that needed to be moved down a flight of stairs and they didn't know about it. They did pretty good with the information they had. They were very willing to move most everything else. Other than some minor damage to a dresser and the railing on the stairs.
