The did a great job with unloading my U-Haul truck .I told them were to put the Item it was there. They saved me a load of time if I had to unload it myself.

Highly highly highly recommended. While they didn't show up exactly on time (it's seattle traffic), they made it up in kindness and efficiency. They worked super quickly and were so respectful. I hired another set of movers for a different location and regretted not hiring them.

These two showed up ready to work! Even though it was one full 16’ POD, they were able to move it all into the house in just over an hour! They did a great job and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Roosevelt & co. were extremely accommodating - I was panicking on moving day as I still had to pack the kitchen, I had multiple couches, beds, and a large, fragile item, and I was worried the 20' truck wasn't big enough. They got to work and managed to pack everything amazingly well, even as I was taping up more boxes and bags. They were careful with the large items and wrapped + padded them well, and moved anything where it needed to go when unloading. Would hire them again.

I booked Helpful Movers in early May for an early June moving job. A few days before the move date I called their number to confirm that everything was a go. Someone said they would call me back in 30 minutes. They never did. The next day I called and left a message. No response. The next day I left another message and also contacted Hire a Helper. They tried to contact Helpful Movers and got no response. I also left a text message the night before asking them to confirm. No response. By this point, we started making backup plans in case they didn’t show up the next day. They did show up with no apology whatsoever for not acknowledging my messages. Maybe they thought I was just worrying too much, but I would think that most people would want to reconfirm something that significant a day or two in advance. We were moving out of state, so it wasn’t as if we had a lot of leeway in our plans. The moving guys were very nice and did a good job. But I could never recommend a company that doesn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge a request for confirmation.

Amazing work. Loaded our entire library with a sense of humor, and have great advice on how to make the next stage of our move go smoothly.

Easy and professional. Arrived when they said they would, did the work faster than hoped, asked questions to make sure everything was going to the right place. Dante called me the day before to make sure he was sending enough support. Easy!

They were ontime and ready to work. Followed my suggestions and worked hard. Very polite and respectful. I would use them again.

They left two items in the pod and a white plastic box full of personal papers were left on the table in the first floor vestibule that they didn’t bring up or remind me of when i left it on the table to help keep open the elevator door for one of the movers. It also took them an extra hour to move the items from the truck, but I understand they were taking the elevator up to my third floor apartment each time they were unloading boxes. I placed a call to the office about my box of personal papers that is missing and never brought up to jog their memory about it but have not yet received a return call.

If we weren't in a global pandemic with requirements/recommendations to wear face coverings, I would be giving them a stronger review. Movers were not wearing masks and when I pointed this out, the person who seemingly was leading the crew was rude and dismissive. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Otherwise, the company was communicative (they were running 30 minutes late and let us know as soon as they found out) and the crew was efficient. They were helpful with disassembling furniture and packed our moving container well.

Very happy with service, on time, work hard, finish job before time

We had such nice, professional movers! Definitely would recommend this service! Our movers moved all of our stuff in under two hours and helped clean up some mud that they trekked in. Five stars!!

I am so pleased with how things worked out for my move. Hire a helper communicated with me several times, reassuring me that we were on track. The 3 workers I had asked for showed up on time and ready for work. They were very courteous, friendly, and amazingly efficient. Everything was done quickly. I provided moving blankets, and they came prepared with everything they would need to wrap and move furniture. They took good care of my furnishings, and anchored them in the moving van. I have another move next week, and I'm planning on using Hire a Helper again and requesting the same team.

They were a big help in our moving of office furniture into Storage Pods.

These two guys could not have done a better job!! They were on time, respectful of belongings, and mostly...above and beyond the call of duty to do all they could to make this a seem-less job. Cheers to this company, it’s helpers and all those involved. They were like packing magicians to get everything from an apartment into a truck, and even helped to get a few items to a disposal on site. These guys are excellent, priced right and ever so friendly and helpful. You will not find a better crew!

Kangaroo Movers were very responsive and finished the job in under the time estimated. Everything was moved and packed professionally. I recommend them and would use them again!
