Sam and tony did a wonderful job!

James and his crew did a great job today packing a small 8 ft. POD. I was skeptical what I could get in the small POD, but James and the guys maximized every inch. The were clear communicators, treated my home with respect and did a final walk through to make sure all items I wanted moved got on the POD. They were efficient and got everything I wanted done in the time I paid for. Will recommend AAA Allstar movers!

AAA mover were awesome. We would commend them to anyone who wants positive, respectful, hardworking folks!

Short Summary: Scheduling was quick and easy and set a positive tone. On moving day, a few protection and packing details were missed, and communication around space planning could have been clearer. I spent about four hours with a friend reorganizing part of the load to optimize space and add protection. I’d consider using them again if these points are addressed. Expanded Review: Scheduling was smooth and straightforward, which gave me high hopes. On moving day, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some furniture items weren’t placed in blankets, which left me concerned about potential scuffs during transit. One TV was packed on its side; the box recommends loading with the bottom of the panel down to avoid stress on the edges. I repacked that item to reduce the risk of damage. I had several small pods to fill. Once a pod was closed, it generally wasn’t revisited, even though some had remaining space that might have helped later. This approach left a few items without a spot, even though earlier pods appeared to have room if they’d been re-opened. Communication was courteous, and the team did check in; however, more proactive coordination—especially around prioritizing must-go items and revisiting partially filled pods—would have helped. A friend and I spent about four hours reorganizing to maximize space and add extra protection where we could. Overall, the crew worked hard and the scheduling experience was excellent. With a bit more attention to protective padding, iterative packing of the pods, and earlier, more proactive check-ins on priorities, this could be a great experience next time.

The movers were 2 hours late but when they arrived they did a great job. I don't think I should have been charges an additional hour because I had to rent the truck for an additional day because of their late arrival. They did good but will not use again. Spent way more money than I needed to spend.

Their service was good overall, especially at the beginning of the day. As the day progressed, packing slowed down and became sloppy. Ended up repacking the back 1/4 of the load after they left to better secure it. Most furniture came off the truck undamaged at our destination. That's a plus! However, the pressure washer incurred a broken fitting during loading that rendered the appliance totally unusable. I submitted a claim to Porch Moving Group...typically takes 10 business days to wettle. I recommend using these movers again. They were way better than the Seattle WA competition. Homeowners will need to insure they have enough tie-straps and rope to provide to this crew to insure properly securing the load. Also need to have two rolls of wrap, and many furniture pads (we used 60 for this load). I also recommend drug testing as one of their helpers smelled of marijuana upon arrival at the job site. The two young men were on time. They were very polite and agreeable to everything I said or suggested. They were careful with my belongings too. I would definitely hire them again, it was my fault not asking their names. I'm sorry not to know their names. They were very respectful.

Roosevelt & helper appeared very knowledgeable. They handled my LG items with care and packed the truck efficiently ! I couldn't of done this move without them ! However, do expect to go into "overtime" $$$. Thank you Roosevelt ;)
