After the TERRIBLE experience I had with the first company "GPM Transport LLC" which I hired through Hire a Helper, they didn't care about my property (from the way they handled things) and to make things worse, they walked off the job without notifying me, I just happen to go outside and they were gone. I then called the guy who represented the company and he was no better than the workers he hired, he didn't care. That company is BAD, they shouldn't accept jobs they aren't equipped to complete. I then panicked, not knowing what to do, to get my belongings unpacked. I reached out to Hire a Helper and they were the best, they worked quickly to find me Muscle Movers at the last minute, I am so so happy with Hire a Helper quick action to assist me. As for the two guys with Muscle Movers, they were great and completed the job in approx 1 3/4 hours, they were quick. I would only have one complaint, one mover would bring the dolly to the door and carry the items from there to the inside of the apartment, which is how I wanted, whereas the other mover would roll the dolly into the unit, that I wasn't happy about because our floors and carpet are brand new and didn't want to cause damage, but that is something I'll deal with later, other than that all went well and quickly. If needed in the future, I would definitely use Muscle Movers again. Thank you,

The job started as a complete CF! Someone from H-A-H emailed to change the job time; I agreed, but none of the changes were noted in the system or shared with the movers. They looked like ‘no-shows until I checked my documentation and realized that H-A-H messed up big time. Despite the late start, Romari and his team of Muscle Movers came through BIG even though they now had other jobs scheduled over ours. We appreciated their flexibility and commitment to getting our job done; Sent two creative problem-solvers who worked incredibly hard to get heavy odd-shaped pieces through tight doorways without a complaint:). We appreciated their help today and would gladly use Muscle Movers again for a future move!

Excellent crew. Arrived on time and were friendly, efficient, and took really good care of our furniture. They packed our containers extremely well and without leaving any gaps. We tried to get them to come help again but we were sent a different crew for the second day of moving. Thanks.

Movers didn’t call on their way over. Not a huge deal, just a nice courtesy to give the customer a heads up. Movers did a great job and completed the task within the time I estimated.

We were so pleased with James and his leadership. He alerted me when they were on their way and arrived on time. Everyone showed up in masks, wiped their feet and even took off shoes when they had to move furniture around the outside of the house so no mud was tracked in the house. They even smelled nice!! They came prepared for every possible situation (tools, straps, cellophane wraps, dolly) and worked every single minute. They were completely respectful of the furniture/equipment they had to move. James made sure every aspect of the furniture move was handled with the utmost care. I would definitely recommend AAA Allstar Movers to EVERYONE.

They arrived earlier than expected by 45 minutes, but called in advance to let us know and we were able to accommodate. The two guys were very professional, prepared with packing supplies and dollies, and were quick to get working. Not a single minute of time was wasted and they took care to wrap up all our furniture and use every last available inch of space in the truck. Would highly recommend and use again!

On time, efficient, friendly and careful! I booked just two days in advanced and they were accomodating with my schedule. Hired two people for two hours (just moving to a new unit in the same building) and they were done in 1.5 and so helped with a few other items I didn't plan on having them help with. They disassembled, reassembled and made everything was wrapped and protected during the move. I'm hiring them again for my Mom for her upcoming move!

Bryce and Aaron did an awesome job and we can't thank them enough! They arrived early and finished early too. Bryce did so much extra, too, because poor Aaron wasn't feeling well. Even having to pause to barf occasionally (respectfully), Aaron really pulled through and got the job done quickly. Both were perfect gentlemen and hard workers. Thanks again guys! :)

Fantastic experience! These guys are awesome. Great communication. They were on time, well-prepared. Upon arrival, they started unloading the pod right away while Mike came upstairs with me to check out the pathway from pod to apartment. That was it! They just took it over from there and did everything. They worked so hard, it was really fantastic. I'm not used to getting full service without needing to help out at all. They were friendly and offered to take care of any additional tasks we needed like bed assembly or whatnot. They were very careful with our goods and the property we were moving into. These guys are 100% completely pro, best movers I've ever experienced. They will be the first ones I contact next time.

We were generally satisfied. They arrived on time and kept us informed of when they were arriving. They appeared to work hard the whole time, and spent some additional time, a couple hrs to help finish loading the POD. It was appreciated. One worker appeared more experienced and directed activities of the other. I wouldn't describe them as overly friendly, or unfriendly. Neutral. Business-like. Interestingly, a few days later we had a friend come over who by chance had worked for Allied Van Lines for many years in his younger days. When he first arrived he looked inside the POD that the HireAHelper folks had worked on and said some it needed to be redone, which he proceeded to do on his own. He felt the original packing wasn't secure or stable enough to withstand damage during travel. It's just the opinion of another independent person, but thought it was interesting he felt some of the work had to be redone. Overall, generally satisfied.
