I needed help moving a subset of furniture and boxes from the house as I move my parents into a smaller living space. Hire a helper called soon after I ordered their service. They asked excellent questions to ensure my needs were met with their order, checking on what wrapping and tools they should bring. On the day of the move, they showed up on time, and were friendly and wonderful to work with. We had some very heavy pieces of furniture, as well as some fragile pieces, that they carefully wrapped and moved for us. I was very pleased with the job they did, and a little awestruck at the strength they displayed moving a very heavy walnut desk.

The crew was on time. They worked hard. We would hire them again.

We had an outstanding crew for unloading our large truck. They were there on time, and began work immediately. They worked hard throughout a very hot day and never stopped to rest. They were careful with everything they touched and didn’t shy away from anything heavy or fragile. They worked extremely well together which made the job easier to complete. They were truly a pleasure to have on the job and we would gladly ask for them again if the need arises.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The crew was incredibly professional—each team member clearly understood their role and got right to work without hesitation. Owner Carl arrived about 30 minutes ahead of the team, took the time to understand our goals, and thoughtfully mapped out a plan to accomplish them. By the time the rest of the crew showed up, everything was already in motion. They executed the plan efficiently and completed an impressive amount of work in no time. I highly recommend this team—they are truly the best at what they do.

Carl and crew were great. Professional, worked hard and patient. I used them to offload arcade machines. Due to a screw up with my freight company the first time out I had to turn them away. The second time the shipment came 4 hours early and I called them and they were able to move up the labor help time.

The workers that showed up for our move to load and unload were fantastic! They worked hard and quickly even though it was extremely hot. Unfortunately, the person who schedules appointments was not the best. I reserved the movers for 11:00am. After several changes to the time, they finally showed up at 3:30pm. They did call me to keep me updated on what time they would arrive but it really caused conflicts in our moving day. I scheduled them at the time I did for a reason. Even though the scheduling was bad, I would probably still hire Smooth Movers because of the guys that worked there. They made a difference!

Josh and Joe came today to move us. They were fantastic! They worked hard, they were quick, and they took really good care of our possessions. Highly recommend these guys!
