John and Junior are very hard workers who take their job seriously. I highly recommend them for moving your personal items. I had them switch the furniture in our house from the basement to the 2nd story. They were quick to make a plan that made sense. Some of the furniture was too big for a turn in the upstairs and they quickly helped me take the furniture apart to move it. Then they helped me put it back together. They were fast finishing the job completely with 10 minutes to spare. I even had enough time to ask them to load a couple things in my car for ARC. Great job and thank you John and Junior!

To start with, the two gentlemen were very kind and professional so I want to say that up front. They handled my property with care when moving it out of the house and into the POD. They also showed up on time and worked hard for the time they were there. The reasons I’m only giving 3 stars are: 1. I had called a fews days ahead of time to ask if they would be providing plastic wrap and was told yes. I would have been happy to get it myself but didn’t want to if i didn’t have to, so i left it to them. Then they showed up without it. They had to go to Lowes to get it which added about a half hour of time, and then I was billed extra for that time. 2. I had about 15 ratchet straps available for them to use and they only used about 4-5. After they left I noticed several pieces of furniture were not strapped in at all. I ended up strapping things down myself after they left and I’m grateful I noticed that before the POD was moved to transit!

Ryan and Jr. were incredible and professional. They handled the moving of mainly heavy items with no problem at all. They wrapped everything properly, explained the best way to load the lighter items in our POD correctly, worked fast yet safely and most of all they were nice people!!! Exceptionally knowledgeable.
