One of the movers did not seem to know what he was doing and the other mover had to tell him everything. I had asked for the packed boxes already in Pod to be put on 2 shelving units, which they weren't, and then the bigger boxes left didn't fit on the shelves. In addition, the lead mover Eddie was argumentative with me after he requested adding an extra hour and I questioned the 30 minutes spent moving my couch out the front door which had to be removed. I had no problem paying for the extra hour, I was just asking a question, and felt he was abrupt and unprofesssional.

Jon Friendly Service were great. On time. Worked hard (even though it was sleeting/raining). They were fast hard workers and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others. In fact my son and daughter-in-law recommended them to us. They rate a 10 with our family!

Jorge and Gilmer were the best! The best packers around. They carefully wrapped my things like it was their own. I feel relieved knowing that all my things are so well packed for a long trip to FL. These two guys were very nice and personable. Highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a great moving experience for my wife and I! Both gentlemen were very respectful and thorough with their communication regarding anything being damaged and took photos. Despite us having to put the uhaul boxes further than anticipated, creating a longer walk for them, they never complained. They also finished the job earlier than the expected end time which was very nice! Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!!

Latrell, Greg, Jaylon, and Wayne are amazing. To say I’ve been stressed out and overwhelmed with this move over the last week is a profound understatement. The crew here today—these four guys—made the final step SO MUCH easier; they’re professional, hard-working, and kind. They unloaded two 26’ box trucks into two houses on our property with ease never showing signs of frustration, and it would’ve been VERY understandable if they were tired. It was a complicated unload given the sheer volume of items to move into multiple locations, but they handled it all with grace. If you have a bonus system, this crew needs to be at the very top of the list for receipt of awards/stipends—they were simply amazing, just absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful for them—thank you, guys—SUPER BIG THANKIES FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL!!!

Francis and his crew are absolutely amazing. I never expected this level and quality of service. We were filling a 16 foot truck to move from Washington to Boston. They wrapped everything to perfection and carefully added it to the truck.I recommend them 100%.

We had issues with our apartment and unit on move in day and Affix Movers were amazing!!! They helped us so much and I have NEVER had movers help and work with us like this.
