The men were supposed to be here by 10 ended up coming at 12. The order was changed which I approved two people got here and then the third finally came. I got a call from higher the helper to verify the changes. I did not make the changes they did when they didn’t come. This is the second time I’ve used higher helper for moves, and this is the most disappointed I’ve been once I got here. They did a pretty good job. We got a few things slightly scratched other than that. They finally came, which is a blessing.

Highest praise for Alex and Arnee who arrived on time and worked diligently to pack the PODS systematically with all of the furniture (which was bundled in moving blankets & shrink wrap) placed in strategic locations to maximize space utilization and proper weight distribution. They quickly sized up the boxes and plastic totes to place on top of the furniture to fill in all open gaps. The Team carefully and expertly moved several pieces of heavy, solid wood furniture from the second floor of the townhouse to the PODS. I was relieved that they took their time to maneuver around narrow corners and tricky staircases. Alex served as Team Lead and is an expert in organizing furniture, boxes, and plastic totes located on three levels plus the garage into proper rows in the PODS container. Highly recommend as they are hard workers whose focus is to do a fantastic job and please the customer!!
