These men were amazing and efficient! They completed loading my 2 bed 2 bath home into the truck within 90 minutes. I could not recommend them more.

The 2 man crew did a great job. They arrived on time. And carefully loaded the truck. Everything was unloaded and placed where requested. Both were very polite and respectful and successfully moved and placed a carpet. Would use again.

The team that packed our UPack was professional worked with various size boxes and small furniture times. They were able to organize the container that enabled all of our boxes to be input neat and orderly. The team was punctually, came with the needed tools for loading a UPac and was intuitiive in loading the various size boxes we had. They were able to cpmplete the jobt with the 2 hour alloted time. We would difinetly use them again!

Highly recommend! The movers came on time and ready. We hired them to do all our furniture which they handled with care down 2 flights of stairs and then up 3 flights of stairs to our new place. It was a difficult job, but they worked efficiently and finished right on time. I would definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with Tavon and Peter. Both were knowledgeable professional and hard working. They were pleasant to work with and we would definitely call upon them again.

Waulter was excellent and he directed his assistant very well we spent an hour extra and although we provided the packing materials he was super helpful speedy and cheerful - excellent to work with !! Very appreciative of his hard work!

They did a great job. They moved all of my boxes and a large queen storage bed set with two nights stands up two large flights of stairs to my third floor apartment. They successfully put together the bed though they missed putting one drawer back in its place. They were very polite and efficient and careful not to damage the furniture on its way in. I would recommend them.

This was my second time using Samuel Services to assist with a move. They were on time and worked very hard from the time they arrived. They were very careful with our belongings as well. I recommend them highly.

Stars for moving fast and getting done in the time frame, lost stars due to furniture being scratched and not securing the load/major shifting in the truck. The movers from Moonlight Movers was on time! I did have to call them 3 times the week before to confirm that they were coming. They worked very hard and fast to move us down from the 3rd floor to our moving truck. If you plan to use furniture blankets, I would recommend that you put them on yourself or stand in the truck with them and do it, because we had gotten furniture blankets and they didn't use them at all. This lead to multiple pieces of furniture being scratched by the bottom of the truck floor. We helped to carry things but allowed them to pack the truck on their own and I regret that. We also have rope ties to tie things down and they didn't use them either. This lead to shifting of things when driving and having items falling out of the truck when we opened the door at our new location. Going back, I would have stood in the truck and been the "foreman" about using the furniture blankets and tie downs to secure the load.

Can I give them 6 stars? Sean and his team are not only hard workers (in the 90+ degree heat and humidity), they are masters at packing PODS. They arrived on time, and worked cooperatively and continuously. They were very courteous to us, asking for clarification when needed. They went above and beyond to help me box up a family heirloom. We really had more stuff than could fit in our PODS, but they would not give up until it was all packed. Some movers might have left us with additional items to figure out what to do with, but not these guys. We had heavy items, such as a piano, elliptical machine, and sofa sleeper. They did not complain, just got to work. Moving is always stressful. Our day was less stressful due to the professionalism of Moonlight Movers.

Arrived on time, quickly started moving things, had a great positive attitude even though it felt like the hottest day of the year outside. Would recommend. Would use again.
