Hire Movers inRanson, WV

Excellent service! We needed to hire movers to unload our POD with short notice and DMV Discount Moving & Cleaning responded to my request right away. I booked the service around 8pm and the next day at noon (right on time!) our movers quickly and professionally unloaded our things. When they finished unloading everything they put many items where we wanted them throughout the townhouse. We would definitely recommend!

Aside from Michael starting a fight with Marcus & Charles, okay. Broke a few things...what ever. I'm done.

Jason and Jason (Jr) were incredible. They were fast and very efficient. Everything was loaded perfectly and even after a 10 hr drive, nothing shifted at all. Would highly recommend!

Eric called me to give me an arrival time, and was on time. Eric was professional and courteous in his questions about where to put my items.Eric exceeded my expectations on how quickly and carefully he moved my household items. You can see the experience in his work ethic. Steven his helper was also professional and courteous. They both worked hard in the 2 hour time frame. Eric explained the check out process when they were done. I prepaid before they arrived and I added a tip because I felt they deserved it. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again. They definitely made my move in easier. I was extremely happy with the job done.

Eugene was prompt at communications before the move . On the morning of , 2 men , "T" and Vern arrived on time and ready to work . They were efficient and showed their knowledge and experience as they loaded my rental truck . They took great care protecting my treasures and appropriately laughing at my attempts at humor . I would definitely use Vicky Lu's again especially if "T" and Vern are the crew .

These two movers were very efficient and great at packing everything nice and tight to fit all of my stuff. They were both friendly and professional. They got it all done in less than the 2 hours I paid for. Money well spent and got the best value for my money

Anthony and Roy did a great job packing our truck for our 600 mile move. They worked hard to secure every box and piece of furniture. Everything made it to our new home intact. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in and out of the area.

Movers worked hard and efficiently. They came to work and knew what they were doing. They were respectful of property and goods.

My recommendations for using this (or any other) helper service: Rent plenty of moving blankets. Have the heaviest items (e.g. appliances) moved out of the old house first and moved into the new house first while the crew is fresh. Take pictures before the helpers arrive. Positive: The crew arrived on time, worked hard the entire 6 hours and were very careful to avoid hitting the walls when moving my furniture in the house. Negative: Several items were brought down stairs by slowly flipping the item end over end. The control panel on my clothes dryer was damaged by this. Multiple items were loaded in the truck finished side down without using moving blankets leaving scratches and nicks. I would consider using this helper again because they did work hard. I would just insist on gentler handling when loading and unloading the truck.

The two helpers arrived very promptly. The one helper did excellent, while the other helper was just a little less careful with my belongings. I also had to repeat which belongings I wanted in the front and in the back of the truck. They were able to successfully pack all my belongings in the truck. They finished the job in less than an hour, but I still had to be charged the two hour minimum.

It was raining and they helped load my rental truck. They got to my house early to make sure they made it on time. They are very efficient and friendly. My daughter got off without a hitch. Called these guys for help that I thought would take them the full 2 hours if not more and they knocked it all out in 45 minutes. They where supposed to be at our home at 7:30pm but they showed up at 7 PM and where done and gone within 1 hour which was really good because we needed to rest.
