Awesome job. They were efficient and packed our pod way better than we ever could have.

These guys were great! Prompt, respectful, and weren't in the least upset with my house rule of "no shoes are worn on my white carpet". Great sense of humor. Helpful in every way. I tried to get them to take a break but they were going the whole time. Nothing I asked them to do was too much. They came with their own tools, wrap and tape. Pierre and Don were a great team. I would use them again for the next phase of our move.

The “Moonlight Movers” crew worked diligently and were very polite and responsive to my questions and concerns. I was particularly impressed with the strong work ethic of the head mover, Sean. He coordinated the movement of his three helpers and carefully packed 10 U-boxes. Although they reside south of the DC beltway, the entire crew arrived on time and prepared to work. Kudos to Moonlight Movers!

Great crew. Fast work, unloaded our PackRat pod quickly, efficiently, and without any trouble at all. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Based on their ability to move heavy boxes and hustle at it, I'd rate this team a 5. They worked quickly, in spite of heat, and with good attitudes. But, there were many items damaged in transit due to lack of proper loading. I provided moving blankets as well as towels and materials to cover smaller wooden pieces. Many of my wooden pieces were scraped and gouged, and had not been covered at all. The unloaders said some pieces had moving blankets draped over them, but not tucked around or taped to the sides. The loaders even returned one unused moving blanket so this was not due to lack of protective materials. I wish more care had been taken to cover and protect my furniture, or that I had been able to supervise the truck loading (versus the home emptying) part of the process to ensure things were properly covered. A small Ethan Allen side table was completely gouged and destroyed, two sets of maple headboards had scrapes, a tall dresser was scraped half way up the side, and a floor fan was completely broken.

They were great and huge help! I needed quick support on a Sunday and they responded right away; were on-time; and completed all of the requested work quickly and safely.
