Alex, Tony, and Mike are an excellent team! They are extremely professional, helpful, courteous, and overall pleasant in helping us move into our new home. These three guys offered a top notch service and every time we were carrying something on our own they offered to help or took over to make sure we were ok. I highly recommend them. And if we need to do some more unloading in the future I would definitely call them again.

A couple of the best loaders that I’ve had in all my moves. This was the second time I have used Step by Step and they have performed marvelously both times. Definitely will use again.

The two men who showed up were very polite and respectful. They did the work asked of them and with minimal damage to my things. Their boss, who tried to call me an hour prior to their arrival and pressure me to increase the number of men for the job - he was not. I don't know if it is because I was a repeat customer with them and I had needed more help last time, or if it is because I am a woman; either way, I won't be using them again.
