I was satisfied with the work of unloading and putting a majority of our things in the correct rooms, however they did not provide for protection of floors or assembly of furniture as I had with previous helpers that have been contracted. It was not clear that this was expected that we provide that up front. They did arrive on time and were very respectful of our property.

Cedric and his movers were awesome. They were in here and out of here and got everything and we’re very nice. And it was Cedric‘s birthday and he was working on his birthday!

Charles, Chuck and Marshall did a great job unloading a 16ft pod in two hours. They moved a 400 lb ceramic and glass table, file cabinets, and many boxes and furniture. I recommend them all.

We booked 2 movers on the day of our move, and despite the late notice, they were absolutely fantastic. They showed up early and immediately got right to it. Extremely professional, kind, and fast. I highly recommend these movers!

The 2 movers were great the day of my move. They were careful with my things, able to lift heavier items, and good at fitting them up a tight stairwell. However, I didn’t like the overall business organization overall. After they confirmed my booking through Hire-a-Helper they did not reach out to me. I wanted everything to go smoothly the day of so I sent them an email a week in advance full of details and instructions that would have greatly expedited things, including asking them if they wanted pictures of the connections of the only 2 pieces of furniture that needed to be taken apart so they would for certain have the correct tools. No one responded. Because of this it took them significantly more time than it should have to complete the move. I had a very small apartment worth of things so 1 hour to load and 1 hour to unload should have been enough. I wasn’t particularly happy since I figured that it would cost me more money when I had taken measures to prevent such delays. When they completed the move the owner called me to tell me I owed more money and I said that it was fine and it could be invoiced the same way as my initial payment was through Hire-a-helper. Throughout the entire conversation there were children screaming and an incessant beeping in the background that made it impossible to hear what he was trying to tell me. He was trying to tell me I needed to add the extra money as a tip and when I didn’t understand and hit the wrong button and could no longer do it that way he told me I could send it over Zelle. I felt like it was shady but I wasn’t able to have a clear conversation over all the background noise and wanted to be done with it. So I paid them the extra $300 over Zelle feeling like it was a mistake. I also have no idea where the number $300 came from. The rate is $120/hour and they were not over 2hrs extra. It was 1hr at most. The movers themselves were great but I feel like I got scammed at the end.

We have two service men from Prince Asong to help us move furniture to the new house. They were very helpful, carefully packed our stuff, and move around. They were very polite and caring for customers' need. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the twosome that unloaded our POD. They arrived early, checked out the best way to bring things up to the condo, and then carefully brought in some furniture but mostly boxes to the designated room. I highly recommend them!!

They were on time, almost to the second. They were very efficient, both in removing items from our home and packing to maximize space. They also were careful moving bulky items around tight corners & got creative when necessary to ensure there was no damage. We have many stairs and also many heavy/bulky items, so I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Came out when I placed a last minute request and worked in the dark!! Super efficient and helped with all requests no matter how minor, thanks a lot!! Also grabbed stuff I forgot about!!

the to workers were on time and got to work immediately. Within an hour, most of the things that we are taking with us were on the truck and packed. The two sofas were the last to be put on truck because my husband had to remove a sliding glass door handle to get them out of the house but the workers got them on the truck wrapped and ready to go. I would recommend Samuel Services for someone needing help with a moving plan.

A most heartfelt and gracious thank you to Walter and Jorge. They arrived on time and immediately started loading. I had a few very heavy items and they handled them with ease. Because of insufficient space to put boxes, some things were scattered; however, they still made it work. They moved me from a townhouse to a 2nd floor unit so going up and down stairs was no easy task. They were quick, efficient, and completed the job within the allotted time. Walter and Jorge are personable and are to be commended for a job well done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

AJ Moving did a wonderful job moving our stuff. They were on time and got right to work. Very professional and quick. At our new place, they put everything right where we asked and was done in a flash. We would definitely recommend AJ Moving.

Felix and Eden were the best movers/Packers I've ever had. I have moved many times in my life so know a great team when I see ot. They were patient and kind with friendly can do attitude. They were masterful at getting everything in the pod secured and safe. My friend was here with me through the whole time and said at least a dozen times "These guys are amazing." Please give them a raise! They are a wonderful asset to your company. Thanks for a great experience with you team.

Walter and his co worker are very good they made sure everything they bought up the steps never touched the walls . Anybody who had movers smash all their furniture moving it before will really appreciate Walter .
