On time and pleasant. Packed quickly and thoughtfully to make the best use of space. Would definitely hire them again.

Hard working group of guys..second time hiring them. Would hire again. Brought blankets, wrap and tape to help protect furniture. We’re cautious about damaging anything, but didn’t necessarily read boxes labeled Fragile. As soon as I pointed them out they were particularly careful with them.

Both men were courteous, helpful, and very nice. Would happily hire either one of them again.

Alex and Nate were punctual, polite and offered suggestions where I hadn't seen any issues. These gentlemen are a solid asset for their company. Step by Step should be proud of the quality of workmanship that these two employees provide. I cannot praise them high enough....outstanding customer service.

Came 30 minutes early but still waited until the start time to be on the clock. Very fast, helpful, and courteous. Nothing damaged. Would recommend.

Kendall communicated with me throughout the entire process; he and his associate showed up on time and effectively and efficiently loaded (and later unloaded) our truck. This was my first time using Step by Step logisitcs and it was a very positive experience. They arrived promptly and made the process extremely stress free. They always checked in with me to ensure they were taking the appropriate items and had me periodically check the POD itself to make sure things looked alright. The team was very hard working and also ensured I had the appropriate packing materials. Alex was extremely kind and friendly, and helped make sure the stress of moving was minimized. He overdelivered by reducing the delivery timeframe by one hour. I feel confident that all of my stuff was meticulously packed and treated with care. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend his team to friends and family.

We needed movers to help us relocate our furniture into a POD and haul a newly-shipped, 300-pound bathroom vanity up to the bedroom. Our two-quarter landing staircase added a serious challenge to the task. Carlton and his colleague tackled the job with impressive professionalism. They remained friendly and calm throughout, working tirelessly from start to finish. We're already planning to bring them back when we unload the furniture. These guys are top-notch! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Alex and Dre did such a wonderful job moving me into my apartment. They were efficient, courteous, polite and strong! Everything was moved in, in perfect condition, exactly where I wanted it, including some awkward and heavy items i had . They were incredibly responsive via phone before the job began as well. 11/10 would hire them again!

Ahmed and T were great and helped a ton. They were both very kind, efficient, and skilled at moving. We were loading up a storage pod and they knew the best way to utilize the space we had while minimizing the risk of property being damaged in the moving process. They finished the job in 2 hrs while going up and down 3 flights of stairs. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking to move!

Donte was on time and ready to work. My daughter was moving into a 3rd floor apartment and he made the move effortless. She had a large couch and love seat that were bulky and heavy. The two made it all look easy. The job was done quicker than expected. I would definitely use them again.

They called prior to appointment time letting me know traffic was heavy (VA traffic norm) and they were on their way, which I APPRECIATED very much. Organized, hard workers, and quick loading. Courteous and professional.

These guys deserve more than just 5 stars for the service they provide. They were right on time and very courteous with the load they had to carry. Nothing seemed to be heavy for them coz they hardly let me help carry a thing. Good people with great attitude. I would definitely recommend to hire them and let them care of the rest.

Did a great job loading. Provided many blankets for furniture protection. They did not protect with blankets and many wood pieces were scratched in the move. Just make sure you keep an eye on them when loading. My costly mistake for not doing this!

The two men who came were professional, very helpful and wore masks the whole time. No walls were dinged up or any furniture damaged.

Brandon and Dillon were awesome! Arrived on time and worked every minute they were here. They even put together a bed frame for me and helped complete putting a book shelf together. Very friendly and efficient young gentlemen!
