On time. Fast and courteous.

The crew was two men, the younger guy did most of the work. I think they could have finished the job in the allotted time had the older guy assisted with more of the work. They were; however, very friendly and followed directions well amidst a chaotic move. Definitely worth the cost of not having to move everything alone.

They are professional and awesome.

Affix Movers did a fabulous job moving my daughters out of their apartment. They arrived on time and ready to work. They worked so hard in the heat! They did a great job wrapping mattresses, dressers and couches.Very impressed! Would definitely use them again .

Booked for 2 hours and they were done in half that, DURING a heat wave. Had the best attitude and infectious laughter. Can't reccomend them enough!

Tavon and team were highly synchronized and efficient. From pair lifts to packing the truck, their experience working consistently with each other really made them effective. We had several heavy objects coming out of a basement and several others going into our new n basement and they handled each of the new challenges with care and strength. We appreciated the positive and respectful attitudes. Even a little bit funny. Thanks gents, we appreciate you getting our family settled in our new home.

They were wonderful, polite, fast, accommodating, and gave me an all around incredible moving experience. 10/10 would recommend. These guys moved a one bedroom apartment, big sectional couch, king sized bed, music equipment like amps and drums, and all the other nonsense I have but don’t need. They were total champs.

They worked quickly and efficiently. Nothing was damaged and I would highly recommend them.

I want to preface my review by saying I am giving 3 stars because the issue I had with my movers was resolved thanks to the boss, John, and with the help of HireAHelper customer support. I completed most of my move myself but hired DMV Discount Moving and Cleaning for a few large/heavy items. They were scheduled to arrive between 12–1 and showed up at 12:50. They started loading quickly, which I appreciated since it was hourly, but no one introduced themselves, which felt odd. One mover (the younger one) was polite and friendly; the older one was cold and impatient. The older mover said not everything would fit in my 10' U-Haul, even though all items were listed in my inventory (couch, 3 dressers, reptile cages, TV stand, display cabinet). I told them the TV stand could be left if needed, yet they loaded it and left the glass display cabinet behind. I asked about a second trip (just 10 minutes away) but was told they didn’t have time. The move finished around 2:15, and I paid for the two-hour minimum despite only getting ~1hr 15min of service due to their late arrival. I asked again about retrieving the display cabinet. They called their boss, who said he'd follow up, but the movers left without updating me. I had to call Hire A Helper, and eventually, the older mover returned at 6:20 to finish. I had to extend my U-Haul rental and delay the rest of my move due to the confusion and poor communication. Overall, the job was completed after a lot of back and forth. Nothing was broken and it was done quickly. Hire A Helper and DMV Discount Moving and Cleaning’s manager/boss were very helpful. I am sure that other movers, like the younger man who came yesterday, would lead to a better experience. Thanks again to John for helping me out and sorting the problem professionally :)

This crew was outstanding! How they managed to get so much stuff in the 2 pods was mind boggling. Every item was shrink wrapped before it went into the pod. They all worked constantly and everyone seemed to know what needed to be done when. Very respectful group and our items were handled with care even during a torrential rain storm. Great job everyone!!

Quick to respond to text. 17' truck was easy enough to fit in Highland/Canton city streets. Plenty of packing blankets. Concierge led me to overestimate studio apartment with help packing the kitchen as a 6-hour job for two guys. Movers sent three to get that done faster, moved out in less than 2 hours. Moved into the new place 5 minutes away in less than 1 hour. Movers were careful not to damage furniture or the walls. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely would recommend. Excellent communication from the beginning. Was on time and professional. Made the unpacking as easy as possible.
