They did a good job moving 95% of my items. There were a few items they couldn’t move up to where I needed due to space restrictions in the stairwell and ended up nicking my walls quite a few times.

Alex and his assistant were really great all around. They were amazing at packing our storage unit efficiently so that everything from our very full truck fit into the unit. They were so helpful and safe while moving some very heavy pieces and also helped me to back the truck out. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Our movers did an amazing job. They wrapped everything with blankets and towels that I provided. They packed our POD securely and took great care of our items. I highly recommend this company.

So thankful for Key movers. With less than 24 hours notice they showed up and were able to fit all of the furniture from a one bedroom apartment into a Home Depot van! They utilized almost every inch of space. Sofa bed, queen bed set, a desk, 3 book cases, cabinets, a dining set and chairs. We couldn't believe it! We thought for sure we would be making 2 or 3 trips. They were on time and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Step by Step Logistics was fantastic! They were on time and prepared. We were behind schedule packing and wrapping everything, so they took the time to professionally wrap and place everything in the truck in the most efficient manner. They were extremely polite, helpful, and capable of getting everything out of our old house and into our new house. Even though we don’t plan on moving again any time soon, we’ll definitely call them when we need heavy items moved in the future.

Both Sean and his brother (I can't remember his name.) were very patient with me and cordial. Although there was a delay in the arrival of my UHaul moving truck, Sean was patient, understanding and flexible with the arrival time for my move. When it was time to unload the truck, the two men team had an efficient system. After about 3 - 4 elevator trips, I was completely moved in! The entire unload was less than the alotted 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Moonlight Moovers, Inc to friends and family who need their service and I would hire them again in the future.

Communication was great prior to arrival. Service Just ok. Arrival time was late. I chose them based on stellar reviews. Maybe I got the C team. All I needed was to help pack my trailer. Very haphazard packing. Wardrobe boxes should be upright correct? Mine were thrown in sideways. Who knows what the hanging clothes will look like after traveling. Two hour minimum and they were “done” in less than one hour. Rip off considering how poorly my belongings were treated. I would not use them again.

THIS IS THE MOVING COMPANY FOR YOU. Their name says it all. Step By Step Logistics. I was so amazed at how they took a look at what we had and proceeded with precision, like a project, step by step. The lead made suggestions on how to stage my items that were not quite ready, to make the process more efficient. They even corrected some loaded items to provide more load space. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful of me, my items, my home, and my time. I will use them for all of my moving needs, and make referrals to anyone that I know who needs their services.
