There arrival time was between 6 and 7 PM. Tony showed up 6 PM sharp and his partner showed up at 6:45 however, Tony and I, the customer, unloaded the truck in 45 minutes flat just as a second person showed up. Tony is five stars, he’s 10 stars Tony is a good employee. He did very very very well as very respectful and prepared and worked very hard. I wouldn’t use him again on any job.

The 3 men were absolutely awesome. Worked well as a team, very polite and helpful. I would recommend them any day. They came right on time and worked without stopping. So impressed.

I don't usually leave reviews; however, I really appreciated Thomas' attitude and the professionalism of him and his entire crew. They were on time - even early and were patient with us, as we arrived later than we expected. They had all the necessary equipment and were already working hard - moving our boxes out before we even arrived. I appreciated how careful they treated our boxes Thomas helped us reorganize our storage unit and made sure our fragile items were on the top of the other boxes - as I requested. They were patient as I needed to go through unmarked boxes to let them know where they went. After having a horrible moving experience the previous weekend, it was nice to have them fit us in and be willing to fix the problems that the previous moving company had caused. We will be doing a final move in a few weeks and are planning on using them for that, as well. I highly recommend using Thomas and his crew!

They did an amazing job. It took less than 45 minutes to completely unload my 6x8 container, they worked so hard! I also booked them the morning of, and they were 15 minutes early. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for moving assistance.

On time, called beforehand to make sure we were ready. They gave us a complete and accurate evaluation. Friendly, hard working, they fit everything into the pod with room to spare, amazing! They were very careful with our stuff, even when it wasn't boxed as carefully. We will definitely use them again.

Both of the gentlemen packed my POD like they were doing for their own house. They were able to allow me to load additonal items that I didn't think would fit in this trip. They came prepared with shrink wrap and tools to help properly secure items. Over all I would hire them in a heart beat again.

I have had over 30 years of professional packed long distance military moves and dealing with Family Movers was superior, equally as good. I was only moving a 400 SQ FT room and could not get a large carrier to take the job. So I gave PACK-RAT a try. I also contracted hire-a helper and chose FAMILY MOVERS on packing up end. Could not be happier with FAMILY MOVERS. Both PACK-RAT and FAMILY MOVERS in communication with me and I knew the exact time all to arrive. Both companies are very professional, and very careful of your goods. And you sure can get a lot in the pod if you know how to pack this is why I hired family Movers. I had no idea what size pod I needed PR sales assisted and he was correct. When the Pod first arrived I thought I would never get my goods packed. FAMILY MOVERS assured me I would get it all packed and would be safe during the long distance move. Plus I was able to add a few last minuet items too. Family Movers treated my furniture and goods like I was part of his family. Lorri
