Presidential Elite Moving Company is who you need for your next move. As a veteran - I have moved more than my fair share. I needed some help with moving as we had a lot of stairs out of my apartment. There was some slight miscommunication with booking (I think this was how I booked), but when I called, they quickly got things fixed and had my movers on the way. They were very professional and positive. They were helpful and quick!! Nothing was broken and they took the time to make sure that the fragile items were moved safely. I don't think I've ever had such a good experience with moving. I will definitely be reaching out for my next move!!

I had no problems with Presidential Elite Movers. They did a great job and I would use them again. HireAHelper, however, is a completely different story. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. HireAHelper appears to be a front company for local movers. It seems that they provide marketing and leads for local movers, as well as customer service. They then take a percentage of the earnings off the top. The reality is their customer service is abysmal. They never pick up the phone when called. There were several instances where they left messages on my phone but my phone didn't record an incoming call. It even got to the point where I carried my phone around while moving boxes, then, maddeningly, a return message would appear from them but my phone never rang or vibrated. They communicate the message that they are very responsive but that couldn't be further from the truth. If you book with them and everything goes perfectly, with no changes, no billing disputes, etc., you might be all right. If, however, you have any need to contact customer service, prepare for an extended, extremely frustrating experience. Prepare to do all of your communication with them via email. It is just like them to hide their reviews behind the local movers. They only offer the opportunity to review the local movers, not themselves, then they take that rating and apply it to themselves. This is exactly the type of company you are dealing with. Slippery, slippery, slippery.

Superstars! Careful, conscientious and deliberate about every step of the process. They were timely, personable and performed top quality service. Looking forward to using them in the future Can’t recommend more highly.
