The showed up on time. Handled our goods with respect. We definitely would recommend them.

A bit pricey, but the moving crew was very efficient and did a fine job of loading our belongings onto the freight trailer.

We had a great experience! Both gentlemen were on time, helpful, professional and they wasted no time getting out truck loaded. They took great care of us, and I would definitely use them again!

Crew was fantastic. Courteous. Fast. Efficient. They knew exactly how to sort my items into two units for moving into the storage units. I took their business cards. I will use them again if available when I move from the storage unit to my permanent home in SLC.

I worked with Lavon, who was awesome! They were about 15 later than scheduled but he did call beforehand and let me know which is perfectly OK with me. Communication was very good. When they showed up, they got right to work and did a great job. I had them scheduled for 2 hours and they finished in about 75 minutes. No damage to my belongings or my house. I had many heavy pieces which provided them with a good workout but everything went smoothly.

Absolutely wonderful ppl to work with had to change day and time of my work order they accommodated me no problem followed up all the way thru the process professional and the movers where very nice fentelman had the job done in a hour worked fast and efficiently placed thins where asked and even waited for me to arrive as I was a few mins late due to weather would highly recommend some of the best money spent.

A special thank you to my movers! The guys showed up right in the arranged window and were super fast. They had rollers and I had a hand truck as well for them to use. Everything was in great shape and they did a fantastic job. Would absolutely recommend.

Both gentlemen were polite, efficient, professional. On time coming up from Denver, CO to Cheyenne, WY. Incredibly strong for carrying those boxes up 8-wooden steps. They took less time to unload the trailer. Than Hire-a-helper (took 4-hrs) to load my items, in Naples, FL. And they had an elevator useage from 2nd floor to ground level. Smart move hires quality personnel. Smart move is an excellent choice moving company.

They called ahead to confirm their arrival time and offered to come early if needed. They were professional, respectful, worked hard, were very careful to not damage walls, and checked labels in order to identify fragile items and to take boxes to specified rooms.

Great service. On time and on point??

The two guys who showed up were great, but we had booked four. The day of, only three showed up and then one wasn’t able to get on the Air Force base, which was frustrating because we specifically asked three different times about making sure they’d be able to get on. With only two people, they weren’t able to finish as much in the set time. We were left to do it the next day on our own.

Crew was friendly but not efficient in packing which ultimately cost us in the end. This is by far not our first move but likely last time we will hire loaders. Lots of light boxes were available but they left voids which could result in the shipment moving around. Lastly, when concerns were brought up about the loading, they didn’t address it and kept on going.

7 Bears is amazing, communication is awesome and the movers were super personable and want to do everything to help you during your move!

The team of Creed and Shay arrived right on time, ready to go to work. They went about the unloading job in a very careful, efficient manner, not damaging any of the shipped goods or nicking any of the walls & doors in our new house. These young men were cheerful and very professional. I can highly recommend them.
