The guys who did the unloading were good. But because I’m handicapped I had no idea how long it would take to unload. So I added an additional hour. 3 total. But it took barely an hour. When I tried to only pay the 2 hour minimum. They would not refund the additional hour. I paid $376.04 for barely one hour. With an item as critical as the cost cannot be refunded if time takes less time. I understand the 2 hour minimum. Doing this online o would think it should have been more accessible than way at bottom of contract. Maybe in bold letters making it known there are no refunds. This is very deceptive service. Will never use again. Just a complete scam job. $376.04 for less than one hour. You call that fair. How many other customers have you stolen from. I would have made sure I kept them longer if I knew.
