They were a little late but had contacted me telling us they were running late and they then arrived when they said. When Chris first arrived he walked through and looked at everything and assessed how they would do it, what would be packed first, etc. He was very methodical and we could tell he had done this before. He worked very hard the entire time he was here. I don’t know if he took a break at all. All four took good care of our things and made sure nothing was dropped or hit walls or door frames. The other three definitely did not work as hard as Chris and probably could have worked faster had they not stood around and talked so much. We would hire Chris again and because he is the owner and hires the others I imagine he will make sure the others work harder next time. We had a lot of stuff and we were worried as we saw it all being staged outside before it was loaded if it would all fit. With lots of rearranging throughout the day Chris made it work and that meant everything!

Had a two person team. They arrived ready to work and get going. Needed for a local load and unload I. Waynesville. They worked quickly and finished with time to spare. Recommend.

We brought a full shipment from NH. to Waynesville, NC. We called Hire a helper for help with the unload of our shipment. They sent us 7 young men, Jamiel-Jacob-Jason-Indigo-Desi-Cody and Zeb from Smart Move, LLC they all worked really well, super polite and went above and beyond what was asked of them. Thank you, guys, for a job well done. I would recommend them for sure.

After an unexpected breakdown with my rental truck caused an unavoidable delay to my arrival time, Top Step kept in touch with me and rescheduled my move-in time without issue. They were friendly and efficient and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly!

Caitin and Donnie are terrific! They arrived promptly and got right to work. They are strong and expert at wrapping and loading artwork and furniture. We seriously underestimated the number of hours needed to wrap, load, and unload our furniture and they made it work. They worked late into the day and arranged with their boss to come back next morning to finish. We had multiple locations to load/unload with a POD, apartment, and storage room which they managed with ease. They have a very reassuring can-do attitude and made our hectic move go smoothly. We're in a temporary apartment and will move again soon. We'll definitely ask for them. They deserve big tips!!!
