Well, I was disappointed that the guys showed up late and got started like hour after I wanted. They stated they were waiting for 4th guy. Tgey did start without him. Once 4th guy got there he worked 30 45 minutes and not full 2 hours I paid for. Some sort of refund is appropriate. Although it was a small job they did not work that fast. To make it worse one of the guys was asking me to give a 5 star rating. No. So, chalk it up to youth but this group was not smart. Training is required. I am sure they would thrive

Two guys, one older and one teen/20-yr. old. They worked hard, asked questions, had to put boxes in lot of different places. They let me know of problems they saw that could've happened en-route, so was better informed.

Pod initially had stuck door due to bookshelf shelves. Pod packing was tight, so door stuck at first. Homeowners got it unstuck, and removed the boxes and small furniture to ease the crowding. All this was done the day before the unloading came. The unloading team (Billy, Xavier, and Morgan) did a good job unloading. Lots of boxes needing to be stacked in basement areas. Bookshelves were the main furniture. The crew was busy and focused. Xavier asked good questions about where to put things that I had forgotten about.
