I was pleased with their professional and polite employees, however, they did not load everything that was supposed to be loaded and they did not make the best use of the space in the POD and then hid the dead space with larger items instead of filling the dead space and then placing the larger items. I paid for 3 hours and they finished in 1, which I was ok with, until I saw that they didn't complete the job they were here to do.
