Chris was awesome! He happened to come from another job and had 2 new people with him. I believe one of their names was Gary. He had been with them for a few days and then one that had started that day. I know this is a tough job but I did find he goofed around more than working. First thing he asked was if he could plug his phone in and I saw him more on his phone than doing work. He's been around a few days so hopefully he will get better. I heard Chris tell him numerous times to start moving boxes. I'd recommend Smart Move. I had thought they would put beds together but I might not have asked for that to be done. I gave Chris a cash tip and he was going to give it to the other guys. He told me that he had more than two people but I would only be responsible for the 2. I am sure this is because they came from another job. The were done within the hour. What I did see when they were unloading is the HIre a helper Top Movers did not use my moving blankets and I have several things damaged which I will get in back in touch ti file a claim. I spend about $200 on blankets and professional moving boxes. Each box clearly marked Fragile and top load. I have a few that were almost crushed. That is on Top Movers and exactly why I went through Hire a Helper and my things were insured.

Legendarie Movers LLC stepped in when my original movers couldn’t make the job, and they even accommodated my request to move up my appointment time, no questions asked. The movers are courteous, respectful and professional. They had no difficulty organizing and packing everything neatly for one trip, carrying heavy items up three flights of stairs, and accommodating any additional request. It was impressive. I’m so glad I made the right choice and would use them again in the future.
