I recently used Key Movers for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The moving team was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They worked efficiently while still making sure everything was well-protected and handled with care. The guys were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. My second Pod was packed hastily with lots of empty space. Parts of furniture pieces were split between Pods or left behind for me to take in my trailer. They do a great job of stacking moving boxes and tubs, but fitting the oddly shaped items together was not a strong suit. Did find one of the guys had opened up one of my plastic tubs to check out my fishing reel, which I thought was a bit unprofessional.

Dante and Micheal did a great job and would highly recommend them.

Calvin and Randy were great. They were very professional and did a great job even though it was raining hard. Would recommend them and use them again.

They were on time, respectful, a little clumsy moving furniture, did not safely pack truck requiring us to repack several items.

The young men who moved the items for us did a good job. They were polite and respectful and had no problem moving the items. Their arrival time was later than scheduled but they called in advance, even though the time changed several times. However, there was some confusion about the job and what the moving company would provide. I think there should be a better way to communicate on the website about the precise job requirements—whether a truck will be needed, for example, and what those costs are, etc.

AJ, was on time, personable, helpful, and extremely proficient in carefully moving and setting up our furniture. Jalen, was excellent to work with as well. Both gentlemen are kind and hardworking. What a great experience! You couldn’t hire two better gentlemen.

Myron and Kendall were great. Myron called the night before the move to confirm, he texted his ETA the morning of and were on time. Once here, the were very patient as we decided where our stuff fit best. They took their time, which is exactly how we wanted our move to go. I will strongly recommend Myron and Rise Above Moving to anyone who needs help moving and I will hire them again when we are ready to move.
