Had a issue with getting a truck that caused a huge delay in service, the first two guys who showed up appeared to be new and struggled a little bit. The last guy who showed up was professional and a hard worker. Overall would recommend

The Hire A Helper middleman company agreed to contract with a local professional moving/unloading company: Mighty Movers, here in Eastern Tennessee. Having just driven from Northern California, not knowing any local professional Movers, I prayed for faith in their choice, for me. I was not disappointed. The contracted company, Mighty Movers, was understanding with their workers' schedule for unloading the container, as the unknown, was the time of arrival of the container that was 8'x8'x16'. The delivery time had been changed 3 times, in 9 hours (including overnight). The company, Hire a Helper was generous with having the 3 Mighty Movers be "on call"; as none of us knew the ETA of the container. Once I called them, they arrived 15 minutes after the container was unloaded & placed in my apartment driveway/parking lot [for 8 vehicles]. After they introduced themselves, they asked a few questions. 2 of them were returning Mighty Movers from 3 days before and unloaded the 8'x8'x8' container. They both had worked hard, listened to my preferences and were cheerful as they accommated my directions. The 3 Mighty Movers that worked, showed the same hard-working ethic. The third Mighty Mover was able to better accommodate the moving of the heaviest boxes, by using the 2-way dolly I own. He set it so the flat surface was parallel to the ground and used it efficiently and effectively getting those boxes over the potholes between where the container was parked, to the short sidewalk and to my front door. These 3 Hire A Helper men whom had contracted for this job worked in tandem, carrying the heavier boxes, recliners and sofa into my 2 story apartment. They were just as considerate, caring and accommating about my items and followed my directions well. They had no hesitancy asking for clarification. The 3 Mighty Movers emptied that larger container in under 2 hours, which saved me the 1 hour over minimum needed for the job to be possible. I so do appreciate having my possessions treated with respect and care as they treated me. Their caring attitude helped to fill my soul both days. Thank you.

So very impressed with this team of 2 who got in, did the job and made my life so much easier. Not one issue. PODS emptied in the 2 hours booked. Furniture set up and boxes moved to different rooms. I would hire this team again and again.

These guys are absolutely amazing they had this job done in record time, they did everything I wanted and needed... They showed up right on time finished early and had absolutely wonderful attitudes, kind and friendly... I can't say enough good things about them. The 4 gentleman that showed up to help unload a 16 ft POD did an amazing job. Very hard workers but had a fun at the same time. They were a joy to be around. Would highly recommend them!!

These guys were on time, communicated in advance multiple times to ensure we were coordinated, and worked extremely hard and efficient. They were extremely respectful of our stuff, they worked together to protect our home and belongings during the unloading, and I’d hire them again if I were moving. Highly, highly recommend.

These guys rock! We moved across the country and got in a day earlier than scheduled. Paul and David graciously were able to come out the day before we scheduled them too and saved us another night of getting a hotel room. They were fast and efficient and will be using them again when we find our house to buy in the next year.
