The 2 men worked very hard, they were pleasant and cooperative and easy to work with!

Arrived 15 minutes late and service was ok but they were slow and took many breaks to smoke. I ultimately had to pay for an extra hour of labor. The movers were respectful. I appreciate this.

Peyton and Zack were exceptional!!! They arrived on time and quickly loaded their truck and delivered our items to our new home. Both Gentlemen were very polite and friendly. I will certainly reach out to Bennetts Moving and Storage for future moving needs!

Des and Jamaal arrived on time and immediately went to work. They did a great job unloading the POD and moving furniture and boxes into the house and rooms as directed. They were both very careful with items and the house. They worked hard and efficiently and were very professional and courteous. This is the third POD that we have unloaded with help from Smart Move. Each unloading has gone extremely well. I definitely recommend using their services.

The crew of three workers planned to arrive on-time however there was a mistake made with the address and they arrived late. The lead, Moses, did call explained the problem and apologized for the mistake and delay. It was understandable and did not cause a problem for the unloading. The crew was prepared for the job with the necessary lifting equipment that was used on the heavy items - a piano and dining room hutch for china. The three crew members were friendly and began working immediately. They were careful with every item and with the house as they were carrying in boxes and furniture. They were very efficient and finished earlier than the scheduled time. Moses asked if there was any assembly work or any other rearrangement/placement they could do to fill the scheduled time. Great team, very professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely use them again.

Jamal, Texas, Dez & Nick did an outstanding job. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of dedicated professionals. They were super quick, and strong and knew how to maximize the space in our pods for efficient packing. We loved the way they took special care to wrap our delicate furniture items with the blankets and Saran Wrap. We will be requesting the same crew to help us unload our pods in a few weeks after we close on the sale of this home and the sale of our new home in Russellville.

Communications throughout the process was good. The crew showed up on time and were very polite. They did a great job getting everything moved into our house quickly while it rained. Unfortunately, they damaged some of our furniture in the rush. I think that getting done quickly was more important than taking care of our property.

The crew did a great job! I ordered 4 guys and they sent 5 for no extra charge because they had to carry stuff up two flight of steps! They cranked it. Highly recommend.

There were 2 guys. One was fantastic. He worked hard and efficiently. The other one helped with furniture, but then carried one small box at a time. We felt bad for the good worker. My son worked super hard to help the last half hour or else they never would've finished in the 2-hour time frame. Again, the big guy was great and professional. It was just the little young guy that really set him back.

great couple of young men. Cleared the POD in no time and made sure all boxes were put into the correct room designated on the box.

The crew of 2 showed up on time and took instructions well to complete our loading of the U-Haul truck. They were careful with our items and very polite when communicating with us. We would use them again.

Rawle was communicative right from the start. He was friendly, respectful, careful, and prompt. I did not get the impression the crew was milking the clock, but simply hard working men doing the job they are paid to do and I appreciate them. I am hiring them to unload my two pods as well.

They did an excellent job; they were punctual, hard-working, and very responsive to my requests/directions. I did have to show them a few tips on packing items to save maximum space ( as a mom of 3 kids and having moved numerous times in my life, I utilize every available space possible). They also worked over the designated time to help me finish the job.
