They called me while they were on their way so I had an estimated arrival time and they were right on time within the arrival window I was emailed to expect. They were so friendly and such hard workers. They helped me unload my POD (and open it! Things shifted so the door was stuck but they got things moved and the door open without damaging anything.) They took great care of my home and belongings. They had more tools to help move than any other company I’ve used before and it helped with efficiency and care of my stuff. These guys are pros! I definitely would use them again and I highly recommend them.

Randy and Calvin were very professional and efficient! They cared for all of my belongings and were able to get a large job done quickly! I would recommend them to anyone.

These men were here a bit early, worked in an organized manner, were efficient, and above all, polite and respectful! I would use this group again.

The crew was just wonderful and such hard workers. They followed instructions perfectly and were so respectful. They finished unloading our two 16 foot PODS in less that 2 hours and then assisted us in unwrapping items and assembling tables and hanging a TV. I would certainly use them again (although I hope to not have to).

Yes, the crew arrived on time. They were very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. They worked hard and efficiently. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I don’t have a problem with the work the crew did but I do with your company. I won’t use either service again. It is completely ridiculous not to provide some refund if services have been overbooked. I’m sure I would have been charged if the job had gone overtime. I was overcharged $1000 because of this. And I don’t appreciate being solicited for tips.

Unloaded out 26 foot truck with pool table and hot tub. They busted it out quickly without damaging anything. We are so grateful to them for all they’re hard, efficient, and friendly work!

These guys are the absolute best. We have used multiple moving labor services since arriving in WNC. Hard workers, physically capable, experienced and mature, smart about how to maneuver tricky items through challenging spaces, and need no instruction other than "where it goes". Personable and friendly is the icing on the cake. Won't use any other local labor if I can help it, ever. Joe and his guys are the best. As a side note, his crew did only our recent container unloads - when we were loading containers he wasn't available on the needed dates, so we used another highly rated service provider....BUT... we learned upon unloading that we should have rearranged our schedule for Joe and crew. Hire these guys - no regrets!

My experience with Smart Move was absolutely wonderful. Clearly purposed to do everything within their power to accommodate the customer and the potential for changing needs necessitated by circumstances which shift during a move. I had to change the time and date of our move twice and Aaron couldn't have been nicer about these changes. Once the three helpers arrived the day we were to work, they jumped right in and began planning what to move first and so on. I'd like to commend Kameron (leader), Jamil and Logan for not just their work but also for their friendliness, self-motivation and professionalism. Our helpers Brian and Shawn were on time and were prepared for the job. They worked very hard and made sure all of our items were protected from any damage. We were very pleased with the service they provided and definitely use them again. We were very impressed with Brian’s ability to visualize how the items needed to be fitted on the truck and utilized every inch without using a tape measure.

Arrived on time ready to get to work listed to specia instructions for loading fora split drop off at two location. Load was well secured and compact. We used my provided ratchet tie straps to secure load and heavy items. All arrived in good order.

Ken and his helper were awesome. On time, flexible, strong, hard working and even had a sense of humor. We had some very heavy, awkward pieces that they handled flawlessly. We would definitely recommend.

Roy did a super job of unloading my 16 ft truck and carrying most of the items and boxes up to my second floor unit. He did use a hand truck for the heavier items but still required only minimal assistance from me. He was pleasant and personable as well and got the job done in a timely fashion. Your registration system and telephone personnel were great to work with and made the process a pleasant one. I will certainly recommend you in the future.
