Overall good job! We did have two out of the four movers arrive one hour late, however, the first two did a very good job. Once the other two arrived they were moved a bit quicker and finished unloading the truck. I emailed customer service, and they made it right by adjusting the overall charge. I would use them again and would recommend using these moving company.

I hired two helpers for three hours when Two Men and a Truck cancelled last minute on me. In all honesty I expected two college students to show up an hour late and idly move the lighter boxes around, but I was completely mistaken. To my surprise two seasoned professionals showed up on time and came well-prepared with straps and lifting gear for my heavier items. The minute they got there I went from arduously moving everything into the truck in the hot sun to simply asking if they needed any help. They worked non-stop for the full three hours. When the truck was running low on space the two helpers rearranged everything like Tetris masters. When we arrived at my new address they made every attempt to place all the larger pieces in the rooms I ideally wanted them in even if it meant taking the doors off the hinges and painstakingly navigating through cramped hallways in the most awkward orientations to make it happen. These two helpers were worth their weight in gold and finished the job in record time (I expected the move would take 7 hours, but with their help it took exactly 3 hours). I will definitely be calling them again the next time I move.
