Movers were supposed to arrive between 9AM and 10AM, at 10:20, I called their number and the mailbox was full. I then called Hire a Helper, they called, texted and left a vm. Hire a Helper said they would give them 10 minutes to respond. I received a call from Hire A Helper stating that due to the weather, the movers would be there at 11:15. Scenic Movers called and stated that because of the rain, they would be delayed. I told them that I had the truck backed up to the garage and they just needed to move the stuff out of the garage into the basement. 11:15 came and went. I called Hire a Helper to start working on getting someone to unload the truck. Finally at 11:47, Scenic City Movers showed up. I cancelled the replacement movers. I would like to say that the young men that did come were very nice and respectful and did treated my Mom kindly. They put the boxes and items where she wanted. So I will thank them for that.

They were on time, ready to work, and worked hard. They weren’t as careful loading the furniture as I would have liked so I would probably not use them again.

Our helpers were careful and considerate of our unloading specifications! Great job.

Got in and got the job done

Brad and Matt were just wonderful. We had 2 Pods that needed unloaded and they jumped in, organized boxes and items by room and quickly put things exactly where we asked. Since they have been doing this for so long, they gave me the job of sitting in a chair and directing. I think it was to make sure I stayed out of there way. Lol. You can't go wrong with Jimbo and Sons. Thank you!!!

They guys were quick and efficient. Nothing was damaged and they listened to location of all the things in our three story house - navigating all the stairs well! Very friendly and personable. Would absolutely recommend.

The Best work. I will definitely use Perkins again. Don't think twice book Perkins for your Moving. I was so calm just folded blankets as they were given to me. All furniture was staged and unwrapped. Terrill smiles as I had gim move the armoire a smidgen...lol Thank you

The night before, I was called to change schedule from 8 to 9 arrival for 10 to 11 arrival. I didn't get an updated call. I called contact at 11:30 who said, "I will call back in 10 Minutes." He did not call back. I called again at 12:30 to learn it would be about 20 minutes more. The crew arrived at 1:15 PM. Their work was well done and they were friendly and efficient. They finished in less than 2 hours. They were patient when furniture needed to be moved to a different spot. I enjoyed their pleasant ways. The only problem was the arrival time which really became a huge inconvenience.

Great crew. They carefully unloaded our household items and placed them into our house. Extra efforts by the crew enabled us to have our oversized couch moved into our upstairs bonus room. The job was started on time and completed in the allocated 3 hours

Jimbo and Sons exceeded my expectations. They communicated clearly every step of the way. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Best of all, they had a great attitude and calming presence, which is incredibly helpful during the stress of a move. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent, professional movers. Took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the cost. We have moved many times and these are by far the best movers we have ever encountered.

1 arrive 15 min late, the other 30 late. Fred did a good job, worked hard. The younger with him arrived cussing on a phone, spent a lot of time on it. Texting while here. He was personable but not really into working. I'd hired Fred again. But would pass on the young one with neck tats. They finished job in 1 and half hour which was.good. LE

They were on time and ready to go when they arrived. Both of them were hard working and very respectful of not damaging anything. They did a great job packing our things into the pod and filled every inch so we wouldn’t have to leave things behind. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great job. Worked quick and efficient. They were late but it was not their fault - was traffic and schedule issues. They were respectful and friendly.

Jim, Brad and Chance were amazing. They were professional, polite and phenomenal in taking care of our furniture. They took their time, were careful in making sure everything was protected. Brad is an artist in the way he loaded the POD so as nothing would shift or get broken during the move. I would recommend them to everyone in the area they work. I look forward to using their services again in the future.
