I used Supreme | Elite LLC today to load two U-Box containers, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The team arrived early (which I loved), and although I had originally requested three movers, just two of their guys handled the entire job with ease — and in exactly two hours! They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will gladly use their services again in the future!

Both men were helpful easy to work with. They did everything that I wanted to make it easier for me to unpack. Gave me great advice on where to put things.

They arrived on time they were actually waiting on me to get to the unit. I had more stairs than I thought I had but the guys got the job done in the allotted time anyway. A lot of glass items up 4flights and not one thing damaged. Job well done guys would highly recommend again. I will be using services with this team again. Kudos

We had issues with several items such as wood furniture being scuffed and dented (despite being wrapped), boxes breaking, a few broken dishware items (could attribute to how these were packed but still worth mentioning), and substantial damage to our litter robot which we saw dropped from the top of a stack of items on a dolly, causing the casing for the power supply to break off completely, the wires damaged slightly, and a crack across the entire side of the unit shell. It functions properly as far as I can tell but it's unclear if the sensors were affected. To be fair to the movers, they were asked to come in on MLK day (I questioned ahead of time whether this would be ok; I was assured it was), they were told it was a 2-hour job (we were quoted for 4, took about 6), and it was a really cold day. They probably were frustrated as well with having to wait for our Upack to be ready and with the elevator situation in our building (only could hold for part of the move). Still it probably doesn't excuse increasing carelessness toward the end of the job. They were also unable to help us reassemble items that the Hire-a-helper team at our original location took apart, though we had been told this would be included.

First to no fault of theirs the move was late because of the first movers. So the went to another call although they were supposed to me at 5 pm at 5:30 they called and stated the would not be able to get to me until 6:30. They arrived at 6:50 pm in which my family and friends had taken most of the things off the truck. They really just had the large items. One of the movers was trying to hook up the washer when it was discovered that the hot water hose was not attached to back with the cold water one. Some how the the cold water was left on and leaked onto the floor and was discovered until the next day. They were great movers but I think the management company probably under estimated things.

This team was the best, Josh and Andre were super amazing, extremely carefully and super courteous. Recommending to everyone
