Back-to-Back Home Runs! I had the privilege of hiring Cortez and his team to load my 5-bedroom home into a POD container, and I couldn't be more impressed. Before they arrived, I was genuinely concerned we wouldn’t have enough room for everything—especially all the kids’ stuffed animals! But once they got to work, those worries disappeared. They packed everything with precision and care. In fact, they were so efficient that we were left figuring out what to do with the extra space. Home run! The very next day, I reached out again to ask for a junk removal referral in Grayson, GA. To my surprise, Cortez said his team handles that too! Within 4.5 hours, another crew showed up and completely cleared out the trash and helped clean the garage. Another home run! The crew the Chris from Brookwood Movers sent to my house that we're leaving were FRATASTIC!!!!!! They arrived 40 minutes before the due time, disassembled what was needed in a 3 bedroom house & filled a 16' x 8' x 8' Pods in just under the 2 hour minimum. They were kind, courteous, & kept double and triple checking to make sure what was needing to go. Chris, we would like to have the same crew that we had today for when we move into our new house on 5/21/22 if possible.

I was a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered a second POD to insure everything would fit but unfortunately it didn't. The loaders I had were clearly a bit inexperienced. The items that were left should have fit quite easily had they known how to efficiently pack the items. Now I find myself having to rent a Public Storage unit for the left overs; an unnecessary and unanticipated expense and more work for me! As a testament to their inexperience, they didn't even bring the proper tools to remove TV mounts, something that most customers usually have. As a result, it took them 15 minutes of my time to remove what should have taken literally 1 minute. I still gave them a healthy tip, I'm a sucker. I rated them a 3 only because my scheduling contact Christopher, was super! He was responsive and indulgent, and I appreciated his assistance.

Brookwood moving arrived on time and they got everything out in less than two hours! Very impressed. I would use them again.

Crew arrived, did a quick assessment of all that needed to be loaded onto the truck. They immediately started to work and worked diligently throughout the day. Would definitely recommend them to other friends and family.

The men called ahead to confirm and were flexible with my schedule. They arrived on time and went right to work and did not stop until the job was done. They were respectful and careful with my belongings.
