Movers Darius and Steely were good and careful movers. I prepaid 4 hours and they were done in 2 hours. I didn’t get a refund for the extra 2 hours, in fact I was charged twice. Once on Friday the day before the move and an hour after the move they charged my credit card again!! The payment process was completely confusing. I prepaid and then paid again. The customer service person helping me with payment was Abby and she was very rude and not courteous at all!! Will not recommend them again at all!!

The reason i’m giving them 3 star is because they finished unloading in less than 2 hours. If you are looking for someone to unload let them know you have to let them assemble your furniture or else they will just unload and leave your furniture without putting it together, i put on my description but they still keep telling me I didn’t tell i have to put them together my furniture which i did on description. I have some experience from someone else and you don’t have to tell them anything they will come with all the tools and equipment they need and will put your tv, furniture together without telling them before leaving your house.
