Scott and Trey were very professional yet friendly and did a wonderful job! They were careful with all of our items, arrived on time, finished the work within the scheduled time frame, assembled items correctly, and even offered some interior design consulting when deciding where to put items. The price was the lowest while the service was exceptional. 10/10 highly recommend these 2 and their services!

They did a great job. This was a last-minute job right around the holidays and they came in and did a great job. They were a little later than expected, but they had let me know before hand and it was no issue. As soon as they got here they got right to work and did a great job.

This was the best experience I could have asked for. Both men were so thoughtful and kind. They took care of our items like they were their own. I have never felt so relaxed during a move in my life. I will be recommending them to everyone and giving their company name to our realtor. So happy with this service!!!

I can't say enough good things about the two men who worked that day. They never slowed down, even though it was miserably hot. There was a woman there who was asking them questions about their service. They were polite, answering her questions but never lost focus on the job they were hired for. They were personable and hard working. A great combination. It was truly a blessing that I found this company. They made what I was afraid would be a stressful day, a breeze. Also the team who unpacked my truck on the other end were very impressed at how well it was packed. Nothing moved! That is something considering the fact we had to drive over a mountain.

Though they did arrive an hour late, they were very hard working, super strong and polite. I booked the job for 3-4 hours and was told that I would be required to at least pay for 3 hours and I was okay with that. They were done in 2 hours and I still had to pay for 4 hours. I could see 3, but from what I was told vs what I ended up paying ended up being more, especially when you factor in a good tip for 4 workers. Beside that issue with the billing, I would definitely hire these movers again!

Kam and team did a great job! Called Thursday afternoon and there were here on time and ready to go. Excellent team taking considerable care of our property. We will definitely use when needed again.!!!!

Personality wise, I would give them a 5 stars. As far as knowledgeable on how to efficiently coordinate a move, I would give them 3 stars because they did seem inexperienced and didn’t quite have a plan on how to get the truck loaded and we helped a lot to have hired 3 helpers in order to get the truck loaded. The job went over the two hour limit which didn’t quite make sense because we moved the exact amount of stuff last year and had the same amount of help and they got it done in the two hour time frame and planned how when they started and saw what they needed to load up. Sweet group of helpers but could use some training or guidance

Cameron, Drake and team had a prompt arrival. They came ready to work and were enthusiastic. They were all hard workers, yet were jovial and all worked extremely well with each other. The job was completed within the specified hours. Care was taken with our possessions. Nothing was broken and we were very impressed with their service and care taken. We will definitely use Smart Move LLC and Hireahelper next move. thank you for such a great move!

My guys were PHENOMENAL !! I will be using them again in a couple of weeks for more moving items! They were extremely personable and made it fun! They were super quick, very professional and very gentle with all of my items. I have moved multiple times and these gentlemen were by far the best movers I have ever had! I really can’t say enough nice things about them and their professionalism! Thank you so, so much for sending me these wonderful strong men to make my life easier!! Oh and a cherry on top is they rescued me at the very last minute. I did not schedule moving labor help but when I realized I really did need help they were the rockstar‘s who showed up at the last minute for me! Thank you again!
