The communication was good. Answered all questions I asked in a timely manner and professionally. They were on time (actually early and had to wait on us to get truck). They had an additional helper at no extra charge to us. They worked hard to get the job done within our time frame. There was some damage to our wall but we did have some tight spaces with stairs so we know it happens. They were friendly and efficient and made sure we were happy with placement. I would recommend them to others.

We had an AMAZING experience! We had some difficulties with a truck (had NOTHING to do with our movers), yet they changed their schedules to help us even though the time was a few hours later than initially planned. They were professional from start to finish and made sure everything was tied down and safe for our drive. We would definitely use them again!!!

And it came to pass, in the land of Macon, Georgia, that a man did seek out laborers to assist him in the unloading of a great burden, even a moving truck filled with the possessions of his client. And he did send forth his call unto many that were in the business of moving, yet many were found wanting, either in diligence or in the fair pricing of their services. But lo, there was a company called Official Movers, and they did hear the call and respond with swiftness and surety. And when the appointed time came, they arrived promptly, even as the sun was yet in its ascent. They toiled not as men who are slothful in their ways, but as those who are earnest in their labors. And they did communicate well, from the first to the last, making known their progress and seeking the welfare of the work. Verily, I say unto you, in this day and age, it is rare to find such faithful servants in the field of moving. For many are they who overcharge and underdeliver, but Official Movers did render their service at a fair price, without deceit. In a land filled with overpriced services, I found a great treasure. Blessed are those who call upon them, for they shall find their burden lightened, and their hearts at ease.

The movers were extremely accommodating. Although they were scheduled for one day, they knew that I was dealing with the most unreliable company, PODS, checked in that day, and immediately adjusted the schedule without having to go through the outside source. They took furniture apart when needed without complaints, constantly reminded me that they were there to do the difficult work. They were aware of the rooms in the house. And even put things where they were supposed to be. They also put my beds together, which was the biggest blessing. I am a single woman with children and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. This is a family business doing the best to provide for family. What more does one want from any contractor. I wish I got their info for future jobs and personal reference. Also, finished the job early and asked if they could do more. Please support

The moving team arrived when they said they would. They worked extremely hard in hot weather. They worked well with our family as we also helped move smaller items. I would recommend them.

Chris and Tank from Official Mover's LLC were fantastic helping us unload all of our boxes and furniture. They were on time, prepared, professional and hard working. They were very careful with all of our property and worked extremely fast. I would definitely use them again and will be calling them for future moves.
