They movers themselves were fine, but don’t overestimate the time it will take for them to do the job!! The do not refund if they are there less time than you estimated!!

Awesome service, would definitely recommend them

We asked For non smoker and we got a smoker that smoking during a job and they should have had a truck with more moving dollies not just moving straps. The way they did it would have taken longer if I had not loaned them a heavy cart.

Terrell and his crew both did an excellent job moving for me . They moved for me two times in the same week and were on time and worked quickly and safely. I would recommend them to anyone around Maryville and Knoxville. The price is great for the amount of work that they can do in just two hours . Thank you again !!

Professional and hard working.

Working with HireAHelper and then The Moving Boys Labor Service was great! Good communications, clear estimates of cost, the crew (Brandon, Chester, and Walker) showed up prior to the appointment time, and the guys did a great job in 1.5 hours for 2 moving pods full of furniture, book boxes, and more. There was no breakage, they were smart about moving our things, and they were polite and respectful. I recommend HireAHelper and The Moving Boys Service without reservation and would use them again. The two men, Shane and Zak, who loaded my belongings were punctual and came prepared to do the work. They stayed on task and were focused on their work. They were very careful with my belongings, many of which are family heirlooms. Shane and Zak have helped me three times now, and I would have them help me again if I need additional help. I was very pleased with the work they did each time.

Two men were provided for my job, as requested. They arrived at the scheduled time. They were prepared for the job they were hired to do, not only to include equipment they needed to perform the work, but also the equipment they needed to protect themselves during heavy lifting. I explained some extenuating circumstances at my location regarding a number of rescue animals throughout the house that they would need to be watchful of their safety when going into their various areas, even though I had mechanisms for that in place. They were extremely respectful of my requests in being careful of the animals, which was high on my list of importance! They listened to and carried out any specific requests that I had as we went along. They were very careful of my belongings and used the furniture padding that I had provided for wrapping and cushioning. They both had excellent work ethics, in my opinion, and both exhibited very positive attitudes throughout the work until the job was completed for the day. I have already requested two more appointments with them for more upcoming work to be done. They made what could have been an exceedingly stressful day into an organized and pleasant process! I recommend them highly!

Extremely courteous. Understood they were basically there to do just exactly whatever I told them to. They are young, and have good strength. They came prepared and worked hard with a reasonable expectation for a hydration or smoke break here and there. We moved on a day when it was about 90F outside. Only one drawback - they were an hr late. This wasn't that bad an issue - but - it caused me to have to do 2 things: 1) change my plan on what all they were going to load, i had to make them skip some small stuff just to save time, i ended up moving the smaller boxes myself in 3-4 trips a couple days later, and 2) it made me almost miss my return time for the truck i had rented - this *could* have caused me to incur cost for keeping the truck overnight, i ended up making it to truck rental place about 5 minutes prior to their closing. I'd probably use them again although i hope i don't have to move again for a decade or more! I hate moving.

The two guys we had help us unpack were great! They were very personable and hard working. They were willing to do anything we asked without us having to explain. They were flexible and stayed an additional 2 hours to help us finish our move. They confirmed a week ahead as well as the morning of and then arrived right on time. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they scuffed up our brand new house walls pretty bad. We understand it is a part of moving but there were excessive dents and marks on every wall in our new home. Other than that, they did an amazing job protecting all of our materials as they moved them and we were very thankful to have them! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Individuals were on time and worked hard. They needed to take a desk apart to get it upstairs - when it was upstairs they put it back together. Yes would use them again if the need arises.

I couldn't have been happier. The two young men were on time. Polite and friendly, and they worked so hard to fit all my stuff in a 16 foot pod. They didn't quite succeed but both my husband and my neighbor had predicted it wouldn't all fit. We all agreed that they used every inch of space like pros.

Excellent service. A couple of the fastest and hardest workers who far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use their service to continue my move to Tennessee.
