Hired two guys for 3 hours for a 2400 sq. ft house to pack three 16 ft PODS. They were done in 2.5 hours and got everything in 2 PODS! Highly recommend!

They were late arriving to the job by about 30 minutes, but once they were both there they got right work. They apparently had everything they needed for the job, because I don't know how they would have gotten so much stuff onto that POD otherwise. They treated my property like the paying customer l was. I would use Tip Top Mover again and recommend that others also give them a try as well.

Mr. Willis and his crew did an amazing job. I had another team help me the day prior that did not go well, so I was weary of hiring from HireAHelper. Thankfully 1st Priority exceeded my expectations. My daughter and I relocated from several hours away to a new town which has been very stressful. First, the curtesy and respect was very refreshing. The entire team introduced themselves upon arrival. You can tell this team takes a lot of pride in the work they provide. They listen and take direction very well. They were careful with my truck/equipment/furniture and very patient as I was navigating the new house and all the moving parts. That was on top of me having to distract my 6 year old from all of the excitement. The kindness and professionalism I experienced with their service is simply unmatched. I wish I could have done more or given more to show them how much I appreciate all they did for us today. I hope to be able to work with this team again in the future. Thank you guys for all of your hard work!!

Arrived an hour earlier than booked and in the beginning of the time slot. Very friendly and efficient movers. Got the job done in less than half the time. Highly recommend!!

A timely help… my two guys did the darn thing!

Did a great job. They were on time, very helpful and accommodating to make sure everything was to my liking. Clean out the storage units (paper on floors, etc.}. Placed stuff in new location as requested. Notified me before moving of any items that were already damaged and provided photos.

The folks are flexible with time, arrive with plenty of tools, and work diligently.

Mike and Jay did an amazing job! Definitely the highest recommendation available. If we ever move again, these are the guys we want.

The two guys did their job. But the problem I have is with the sales representative. The sales person encouraged me to get extra hours. Because they informed me that it was a charge if they work over the hours I paid for. But what they didn't tell me. Was that if the workers finished earlier then anticipated they don't refund the rest of your money back. I booked 4 hours they finished in 2 and a half..so basically they got free money!

Did a great job, loaded a full 2 bedroom apartment in under 2 hours on a 20ft truck. Highly recommend.

Great experience

The lead mover (Chris) was extremely good at packing the truck. However, his helper kind of left some things to be desired. He had already told me that that day was his 4th day on the job. He carried a lot of items out of the apartment one by one instead of using a hand dolly. When I mentioned that to him, he attempted to use a hand dolly but obviously didn't know how to use it. Instead of using the "stair assists" on the dolly, he tried back the dolly off of the steps (wheels first) which turned out badly. My boxes went flying off of the dolly. As I stated before Chris did an excellent job of packing the truck but it was painstakingly slow. What should have taken approximately 2 hours to do (it was done in 2 hrs in the past) took longer than that and that ended up costing me an extra $75. But even with all this being said, I am satisfied with the job overall.
