They were delayed because another job took longer but they communicated and went to work immediately when they got here. They were fast, respectful, and respectable.

They arrived 2-hours later than scheduled after coming from another job. I found out when I called to ask where they were. For this service they were packing what I hadn’t already finished. They kept stopping to ask what needed to be packed and how I’d like it packed, multiple times in each room. This required me to direct and supervise much more than I imagined I should. I felt I couldn’t really do any packing myself because I had to stop to answer their questions. They worked okay when I was directing them, but didn’t make much progress if I left to something else. That 2 of 3 of them asked if they could use my cell phone charger made me think them being on their phones was taking away from the time I was paying for. No room was completely boxed up and i had to go back and finish packing what they left. They were respectful enough of my property when packing, but the quality was less than I’ve received with full service packers. Overall, I guess I got what I paid for. But the estimate I got for the hours it would take was grissly underestimated and about 1/3 -1/4 of what it really would have taken had I not packed most of the house myself.

Latrell and Greg did a fantastic job. They arrived during the window and immediately got to work. They were courteous and kind… as well as efficient. They worked well as a team. Would absolutely use the service again.

The team from precise carriers was great help. I had injured my back a few days prior and was still recovering. They helped us load around 7,000 lbs of boxes in under two hours.

They worked so incredibly hard in unbearable heat and never once skipped a beat. We are so grateful to this incredible team and could have never completed this move without them!

I highly recommend! They did a walk about, assessed what I had, my needs, and immediately got to work. They worked very well together and got the job done quickly and correctly. They were very respectful and at my request (and hope) were able to pack 99% of my belongings into one POD instead of two saving me thousands of dollars.

My helpers were over 2 hours late but they messeged me and told me they were running late. They were held up on the previous job. I told them I had a 2:00 appointment and they worked very hard when they got there. They were done in a little over an hour. I didn't have a problem with them at all however when I contacted On The Go Movig and told them about the lateness and that they were only there an hour I was told I was still obligated to pay for 3 hours. I thought I was obligated for 2 hrs and would have to pay for 3 if they didn't get finished. I was supposed to get a discount with the lateness issue. When I checked my bank account I just noticed I was charged the full amount.. Now tomorrow I have to call AGAIN and try to straighten this out.

They were great. They arrived during the scheduled time frame. I did not have many items, but they were a little heavy. They finished the job in 1hr, while assembling my bed room set as well. When they arrived Bryce greeted me and introduced himself as well as when he left he gave me all the instructions on how to end the move. My only complaint is my dresser was scratched pretty bad during the move. But I also did not place a moving blanket over it so I take partial blame. Other than the scratch they were great ! I would recommend and hire again. Thanks guys.

My guys showed up on time and took about 30-45 minutes to unload a pretty much full 12’ truck which exceeded my expectations for sure.

The two movers arrived within the time-frame. I requested a dolly but they did not have one. I bought my own to the site. They may not have gotten the message. They worked very hard. It was over 95 degrees and I had to insist they sat in the truck for air conditioning. They were very respectful and even though they displayed exhaustion, they remained positive.. The only complaint I have is that they learn how to maneuver furniture in small areas. I had to get a more experienced mover to put my dresser in my bedroom and my large sofa through our framed family room,~. I would use them again. Thanks guys!
