They were on time, polite, professional and respectful of mine and the complex's property. They were also incredibly efficient, unloading my items in less time than the scheduled window. I had to use them at the last minute due to another company cancelling and I'm glad I did. I would definitely use them again.

I have mixed feelings about these guys that helped do the unload of my truck. To start with they were almost 1.5 hours late but it was later explained to me that they had to travel over 60 miles to get to me. That was easy to deal with. What upset me was the general lack of care given to stuff as they carried it. We were moving into a second floor apartment and the stairs are metal and concrete and my expensive wood furniture is dinged and scratched all over the place. Boxes that were marked fragile were stacked on their sides and sometimes under heavy boxes with books in them. The leaf sections of my dining room table were placed at the bottom of dollys with boxes stacked on top. The 4 kids that showed up (all of them in their 20's) had little to no moving experience that was evident by the constant arguing that they did amongst themselves on how the truck should be unloaded and pieces moved. I will say that they worked hard and only stopped to eat a quick lunch. Overall I felt as though I got what I paid for. If I could have kept a better eye on them I think it would have gone a little smoother (damage) but I was by myself and I needed to direct where everything needed to go as my wife was dealing with our toddler.
